Installation instructions

Using the integrated USB-C cable, insert the USB-C connector (B) into a compatible USB-C charger (not included). Place your wireless charging device onto the wireless charging output (A) and your device should begin to wirelessly charge automatically. To achieve fast charging, please ensure you are using a charger that is capable of fast charging at least 20W. For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the centre of the wireless charging output. Please ensure that the case on your phone is not affecting the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick.

  • Do not place close to a magnetic strip or strip card as it could cause magnetic failure.
  • Please keep charger a safe distance of at least 80cm from any implantable medial devices to avoid medical device interference.
  • In the case of the device overheating, place disconnect immediately.
