Installation Instructions

Windscreen mounting
Attach the product to your windscreen by lifting the locking lever (B) to the up position. Place the wireless charger in the desired

To wirelessly charge your device, place your device on the wireless charging output (E) and secure it with the retractable arms. To remove your device, press the quick release button (F) to open the retractable arms.

Troubleshooting

Not charging or slow charging Please ensure you are using the supplied power adapter within the wireless charger. Using other chargers may result in slow charging or no charge at all. If you need to replace the power adapter, please make sure it supports QC 3.0 and supports a 12V USB output. For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the centre of the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick.

1. Do not expose to extreme weather conditions.
2. Do not place close to a magnetic strip or strip card as it could cause magnetic failure.
3. Please keep charger a safe distance of at least 80cm from any implantable medical devices to avoid medical device interference.
4. This is not a toy and should be kept away from children.
5. In the case of the device overheating, please disconnect immediately.
