Troubleshooting
Not charging or slow charging
Please ensure you are using the supplied power adapter within the wireless
charger. Using other chargers may result in slow charging or no charge at all.
If you need to replace the power adapter, please make sure it supports QC 3.0
and supports a 12V USB output.
For optimum charge speed, adjust your device so that it is aligned to the centre of the wireless charging output (D). Please ensure that the case on your phone is not affecting the wireless charging by removing it and checking the performance. Some cases interfere with wireless charging if they contain metallic material or are overly thick.
