USE
WARNING!
- Never work or go under a vehicle without first blocking it up on pallet blocks or the equivalent – risk of personal injury and/or material damage.
- If the generated efforts exceed 400N, the efforts shall be lowered by additional persons.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Open the lowering valve and insert the supplied handle (extension) in the pump arm. Pump about 6 full strokes with the handle to ensure that the hydraulic fluid is evenly distributed.
- Close the lowering valve. The jack is now ready to be used.
LIFTING
-
Place the vehicle on a level, stable surface and secure it according to the instructions of the manufacturer so that it cannot roll.
-
For safe lifting, put the product at a 90° angle to the vehicle and under a suitable lifting point (see vehicle manual).
-
Put the handle in the lowering valve and close the valve by turning the handle clockwise until it resists.
-
Put the handle in the pump arm and pump with the handle until the saddle (3) comes in contact with the vehicle.
-
Check once again that the product is correctly positioned.
-
Pump with the handle until the load reaches the required height.
IMPORTANT: Keep a close eye on the vehicle when lifting.
The jack should move in towards the vehicle. If not there is a risk that the vehicle can slip down off the jack.
-
Remove the handle from the pump arm, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury.
-
Block up the vehicle with pallet blocks or the equivalent when working on or under the vehicle.
LOWERING
- After finishing the work open the lowering valve by slowly turning the handle in small steps anticlockwise until the vehicle starts to move down.
- When the vehicle is fully lowered down open the lowering valve completely (about a half turn) so that the lifting arm (4) returns to its starting point.

IMPORTANT:
- Maintenance and any repairs should be carried out by qualified personnel and in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer.
