GENERAL WARNINGS
DANGER OF BODILY INJURY!
Do not use in the presence of children or animals. Store out of reach of
children and animals.
RISK OF MATERIAL DAMAGE!
Make sure that no one can trip over connection cables of the device. The
device could be knocked over.
Only use the recommended power cable or the recommended battery for the power supply!
The manufacturer accepts no liability for voltage damage caused by the use of an unsuitable power supply!
DANGER OF AN ELECTRIC SHOCK!
This device contains electronic parts that are powered by a power source
(power adapter). Only use the device as described in the manual. Otherwise,
you run the
DANGER of an ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Never bend, squeeze or pull power cables, connecting cables, extensions or
connectors.
Protect cables from sharp edges and heat.
Check this device, cables and connections for damage before use.
Never attempt to operate a damaged device, or a device with damaged electrical
parts!
Damaged parts must be replaced immediately by an authorized service agent.
Operate the device only in a completely dry environment and do not touch the device with wet or damp body parts.
RISK OF GLARE!
Make sure that people and animals do not look into the light. The high
luminosity can cause glare to the eyes and afterimages. This impairment of
vision can lead to accidents.
FIRE/EXPLOSION HAZARD!
Always place the device in such a way that it cannot tip over and ensure that
it is stored in a reasonably safe place.
- Keep children and animals away from the device! They could knock the device over.
- Make sure that no one can trip over connection cables. The device could be knocked over.
- Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Do not short-circuit the device or dispose of in fire! Excessive heat and improper handling can cause short circuits, fires and even explosions!
- Only use the recommended power supply*!
IMPORTANT NOTE!
Do not disassemble the device! In the event of a defect, please contact your
dealer.
They will contact the Service Center and can arrange the return of this device
for repair if necessary.
Disconnect the power supply by pulling the mains plug when the appliance is not in use, in case of a longer interruption of operation and before any maintenance and cleaning work.
Place your device so that it can be disconnected from the power supply at any
time. The power outlet should always be near your appliance and should be
easily accessible, as the plug of the power cord serves as a disconnect device
from the mains supply.
To disconnect the unit from the mains, always pull the mains plug and never
pull the cable!
Do not subject the device to excessive vibrations.

POWER SUPPLY & TURNING ON/OFF
Power supply using rechargeable battery
- Slide the V-Mount battery* into the V-shaped battery holder(11) from above so that the power contacts of the battery fit into the power socket (13)at the bottom.
- To remove the battery* from the holder, press and hold the battery release button (18) and pull the battery out of the holder upwards.
Turning on/off
- After inserting the V-Mount battery, press the power knob (14) for to turn on the light. The last setting will be displayed on the LED screen and the light is operating according to the last setting.
- Go ahead with “Functions & Operation” section to make the desired settings according to your individual configuration needs.
- Press the power knob (14) for about 5 seconds to turn off the light. The LED screen and the light are turning off.
FUNCTIONS & OPERATION
CCT / HSI / FX Control Mode
Shortly press the CH/Mode knob (15) to switch between CCT, HSI and FX control
mode.
- In the CCT mode, shortly press the CH/Mode knob (15) to switch between dimmer and color temperature. Wheel the Adjustment/Bluetooth knob (16) to change the settings for dimmer (0 to 100) or color temperature (2700K to 6500K).
- In the HSI mode, shortly press the CH/Mode knob (15) to switch between hue, saturation or dimmer. Wheel the Adjustment/Bluetooth knob (16) to change the settings for hue (0 to 360), saturation (0 to 100) or dimmer (0 to 100).
- In the FX mode, shortly press the CH/Mode knob (15) to switch between 20 different special effects , flash speed or dimmer. Wheel the Adjustment/Bluetooth knob (16) to select the desired special effect (see „FX Control (special effects)“) or to change the settings for flash speed (1 to 9) or dimmer (0 to 100).
- Press the CH/Mode knob (15) for about 5 seconds to switch to channel setting. Wheel the Adjustment/Bluetooth knob (16) to select the desired channel (01 to 99)

Overheating protection / Cooling fan
This light has an overheat protection. It is therefor equipped with an
automatic cooling fan which is controlled by a heatsensor. Once a critical
temperature is reached, the device will activate the coling fan automatically
to provide an overheating.
APP CONTROL
With the free “Smart Life” app, this and other devices can be controlled via a
smart device (e.g. tablet PC, smartphone).
To connect the studio light to a smart device and the app, follow these steps.

Use the link or QR code below to download the “Smart Life” app.
Note: To use the app, you need to register with a valid email address, which you will use to receive an activation code. Give the app access to your local network and your home’s data, as well as the Bluetooth function, to ensure flawless functionality. -
Turn on the studio light.

Press the Adjustment/Bluetooth knob (16) for about 5 seconds to enable the Bluetooth connection for the studio light.

Activate Bluetooth on your smart device and launch the “Smart Life” app.

In the app select [Add device] under “Home” section.

Select the studio light from the list of available devices to connect it to your smart device and the app.
Once the studio light is connected, you are able to control the device through the App.
Note : If the connection failed, add the desired device manually through the App (select one from “Add manually”).

ADJUSTING THE TILT ANGLE
- Hold the LED light and slowly loosen the locking screw (9) for the vertical axis (8).
- Move the light head to the desired position and tighten the locking screw (9) hand-tight.
*MOUNTING ON A TRIPOD (optional)**
- Loosen the fixing screw (5) for the Spigot connection hole (6) so that the opening of the Spigot connection is exposed.
- Place the LED light with the opening (6) on the Spigot of a tripod and tighten the fixing screw (5) firmly.
*REMOTE CONTROL (optional)**
This light can be connected to the optionally available BRESSER 2.4G remote control (Art. No. F004514), supporting a multiple light control for up to 99 channels. Please refer to the instruction manual of the remote control to find out more on how to connect and use the remote control.
*ATTACHING ACCESSORIES (optional)**
This LED light also provides S-bayonet connection system (3) which can be used to attach optional accessories with suitable S-bayonet.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging materials properly, according to their type, such as paper or cardboard. Contact your local waste-disposal service or environmental authority for information on the proper disposal.
Do not dispose of electronic devices in the household garbage! As per the Directive 2012/19/EC of the European Parliament on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its adaptation into German law, used electronic devices must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
