oven before
switching it on to ensure there is nothing inside it.
2. Plug the appliance into a 220V/240V socket. To switch on, turn the
temperature con-
trol dial to maximum (5) and a light will come on to indicate the oven is
preheating.
Preheating the oven helps give you a crisper result.
3. Set the timer to 10 minutes to preheat the oven. After 10 minutes, the
oven will be
ready to use.
4. Place the pizza dough on a board and add your favourite ingredients. Never
overfill
the pizza or pile up the ingredients. Ingredients must always be lower than
the upper

5. Check the oven is properly preheated and slide the pizza from the board
onto the
hot stones. Warning! The cooking surface and the handle will be extremely hot.
Don’t
touch them until they have cooled, or use oven gloves.
6. Close the lid, leaving the dial in position 5. Let your pizza cook for 4-5
minutes or until
you get the desired result. Remember that every pizza is different and the
cooking
time will depend on the thickness of the dough and the ingredients on top.

progress. If the
pizza is not ready yet, close the lid again and let it cook a little longer.
