YOU’VE RECEIVED THE DREAMCAST!
It’s already time for your first project. Let’s get to work!
To make the process simple and easy to follow, we’ve broken down the DreamCart
assembly instructions into simple steps. All of the hardware you will need can
be found in one bag. If you have questions at any point of the assembly

HARDWARE FOR DREAMBOX ATTACHMENT:

TOOLS YOU’LL NEED:
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

With Lid top side down, install 6 Connecting Bolts.

Install Divider onto center of Lid. Line up pre-installed cams with connecting bolts making sure that the extra hole on the Divider is toward the back.

Tighten 2 Locking Cams with phillips head screwdriver at a slight angle, turning counterclockwise.

Separate two halves of Double Connecting Bolts and Install into Divider by connecting halves through the pilot hole. Tighten.

Slide Back 1 onto three connecting bolts on Lid and Divider. Tighten 3 cams.

Slide Back 2 onto 3 connecting bolts. Tighten 3 cams.

Install 6 Connecting Bolts into Base piece

Carefully flip Base and place onto Back 1, Back 2, and Divider.
From inside, tighten 4 Cams on right side and 2 cams on left side. -
Install 5 hinges onto Lid using 13mm euro screws.

Attach 5 hinges onto Table using 13mm euro screws. For DreamBox attachment only: Install Sash Lock Catch and Barrel Lock Catch into the pilot holes of Table.
If you want to attach Side Cart table to the left side of your DreamBox table, install the sash lock and barrel lock catch on the right side (as shown here). For the right side, install on the left. -
Install table leg using 4 Phillips Screws. Stick two rubber bumpers to the corners of the Table.
IF YOU ORDERED THE 1-TABLE OPTION, YOU CAN SKIP TO STEP 15 TO COMPLETE ASSEMBLY. -
Install 5 hinges onto Lid using 13mm Euro Screws.

Attach 5 hinges onto Table using 13mm euro screws. Stick two rubber bumpers to the corners of Table.

Install table leg using 4 Phillips Screws. Do NOT overtighten.

Install 4 wheels using 16 Phillips Screws
Tip: Lock wheels when DreamCart is in desired location to prevent movement. -
Install shelves using the shelf pegs. After installing, place the shelf on top.
SUGGESTED ADJUSTABLE SHELF PLACEMENT
TO ATTACH THE CART TO THE DREAM BOX 1 GO TO THE EXTT WO PAGES. TO ATTACH THE
DREAMCAST TO WORKBOX 3.0, SEE THE LAST PAGE.
- Apply the Left and /or Right Side Guide Sticker to the Left/Right Corner of the DreamBox 1 table. Be sure the sticker is up against the front outside edge of the table.
- Use the provided screws to attach (1) Sash Lock Catch (per side) with the hook near the edge of the table using the sticker as a guide.
YOU CAN ATTACH THE DREAMCAST TO THE DREAMBOX 1 USING THE SASH LOCK AND BARREL
LOCK.
YOU CAN ALSO INSTALL THE TABLE ON THE RIGHT SIDE BY CHANGING THE POSITION OF
THE BARREL AND SASH LOCKS.
YO U CAN ATTACH THE DREAMCAST TO THE WORK BOX 3.0 USING THE SASH LOCK AND
BARREL LOCK.
YOU CAN ALSO INSTALL THE TABLE ON THE RIGHT SIDE BY CHANGING THE POSITION OF
THE BARREL AND SASH LOCK.
- Install the sash lock and barrel lock onto the bottom of the WorkBox 3.0 table by engaging the locks with the receiving ends. There are no pre-drilled holes, you will need to self-tap.
YOU’VE DONE IT.
