- Ensure headphones are fully charged before first use. Turn on the headphones by pressing the function key for 10 seconds.
- Power On and Pairing:

- The white light on the left earbud will flash rapidly during pairing.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone, find the device named EARPHONES BAMBOO -CREATE, and click to connect.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
- Before using this product, always read the basic safety precautions.
- To avoid hearing damage, keep the volume at a moderate level. Avoid listening to music at high temperature for a long time, it may cause damage or hearing loss to your hearing.
- Do not use the headphones in situations that require your attention, such as driving, cycling, crossing the street, etc.
- Do not disassemble or tamper with the earphones under any circumstances, otherwise, it may cause the earphones to malfunction and burn.
- This will void the warranty.
- Do not allow the earphones to get wet with liquid, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the device. The warranty does not cover water damage to the device.
- Do not place the headphones in a place exposed to the sun or high temperatures (above 45°C). High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic components, damage batteries, and warp some plastic parts.
- Do not put the headphones in a cold place (below 0°C) to avoid damaging the internal circuit board.
- Avoid using the indicator light on the headphones near the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use headphones during electrical storms. Electrical storms can cause the device to malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.

Battery warnings

BEFORE FIRST USE
ATTENTION! Before the first use remember to remove the protective plastic that is in the area of the charging connections of the headphones.
POWER ON AND PAIRING
Automatic ignition:
- After opening the charging case, the earphones will turn on automatically, no need to take the earphones out of the case.
Auto power off:
- Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid, the earphones will turn off and charge automatically.
- When the headphones are turned on and there is no connection to the Bluetooth device, the headphones turn off automatically after 5 minutes.
Bluetooth pairing:
- Open the cover of the charging case and the earphones will turn on automatically.
- The white light on the left earbud will flash rapidly during pairing.
- Please open the bluetooth setting of your mobile phone and find the device, click the device named “EARPHONES BAMBOO – CREATE” to connect.
- After the headset is successfully paired to your device, the white light on the headset will turn off.
Note.
- If the pairing of the earphones fails, you can put the earphones in the charging case. Close the case and reopen the case again.
- After turning on the headphones, if it is not connected to any bluetooth device, they will automatically turn off after 5 minutes.
Manual on and off:
- When the headset is working, long press the function key for 10 seconds to turn off the headset.
- If the headset is off, press and hold the function key for 10 seconds to turn the headset on.
FUNCTIONS
Answer the call:
- Double-tap the function key on any headset to answer a call.
Hang up the phone:
- Double-tap the function key on any headset to hang up a call.
Reject incoming calls:
- Press and hold the function key on any headset for 2 seconds.
Previous song:
- Press and hold the function key of the left earphone for 2 seconds.
Next song:
- Press and hold the function key of the right earphone for 2 seconds.
Volume down:
- Touch the function key of the left earphone.
Raise the volume:
- Touch the function key of the right earphone.
Pause/play music:
- Double-tap the function key of any headset.
Voice assistant:
- Triple-tap the function key on any headset.
Charge headphones
Headphone low power warning
- When the headset battery is about 2%, the headset issues a “low battery” warning every 2 minutes.
- Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid, the charging case will automatically charge the earphones.
- During the charging of the headphones, the white light will remain on.
- When the charging of the earphones is finished, the white light will turn off.
Charge charging case
- Charging case low power warning.
- When the remaining charge of the charging case is more or less 5%, the first led flashes quickly.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable and charger (fast chargers are not recommended) to charge the case.
- During the charging of the case the white light will be flashing, each light represents 25% of the power.
- When the charging case is fully charged, all 4 lights will keep on.
