INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Insert the inner tray into the fryer basket. Never use the basket without the tray inside.
2. Put the ingredients inside the basket and insert it into the body of the fryer.
3. Determine the temperature and preparation time needed for the ingredients you will be cooking.

Caution: Do not touch the basket during or immediately after use as it becomes very hot. Hold the tray by the handle only.

4. Some ingredients must be stirred halfway through the preparation process (see “Set-tings” section). To stir the ingredients, remove the basket from the fryer by holding it with the handle and shake it carefully. Then put the basket back into the fryer.
5. When you hear the alarm beep, the programmed brew time has expired and the fan will stop. Remove the basket from the appliance and place it on a heat- resistant surface.
6. Check that the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply place the basket back in the appliance and set the timer for a few more minutes.

  • Do not turn the basket upside down with the inner tray, as any excess oil that may have accumulated at the bottom of the basket will leak into the ingredients.
  • Since the basket and ingredients are hot, depending on the type of food cooked in the fryer, steam may come out of the basket.

7. Empty the basket into a container or plate, being careful not to burn yourself.

Advice: To remove larger or more delicate ingredients, use tongs to remove them from the basket.

SETTINGS

The table below will help you choose the basic settings for the different types of ingredients. Please note that these settings are indicative. Ingredients with different shapes and sizes will require different time and temperature settings.
Since Quick Air technology instantly reheats the air inside the appliance, briefly removing the basket from the fryer during operation will barely disrupt the process.

TIPS

  • Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingre-dients. Like large quantities of food, they require a slightly longer preparation time than smaller quantities of food.
  • To optimize the final result and help the food cook evenly, carefully shake the basket half-way through the preparation process.
  • Lightly coat fresh potatoes with a little oil before frying for a crispier result.
  • Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients, such as sausages, in the deep fryer.
  • Foods that can be prepared in the oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
  • The optimal amount to prepare crispy French fries is 300 grams.
  • The doughs bought in the supermarket require a shorter preparation time than those made at home.
  • If you want to bake a cake, quiche, muffins or delicate and filled ingredients, you can place silicone muffin molds and silicone mats inside the appliance.
  • You can also use the air fryer to reheat food. Simply set the temperature to 150°C for 10 minutes.

Fresh potatoes do not fry evenly.| You didn’t wash the potatoes well before frying them.| Rinse the potatoes well to remove all the starch from the outside.
Fresh potatoes are not crispy when they come out of the fryer.| The crispy texture of French fries depends on the amount of oil and water they contain.| Cut the potatoes into smaller sticks for a crispier result.
Add a little more oil for a crispier result.
