SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Wear safety glasses and safety gloves when using and replacing the scoring wheel.
- Split tiles have sharp edges – risk of cut injuries.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the product and its scoring wheel.
- The product is intended for splitting glazed tiles and must not be used for any other purpose.

- Max edge length, straight cuts: 600 mm
- Max edge length, diagonal cuts: 425 mm
- Max cut thickness: 12 mm
- Scoring wheel size: 15 x6 x1,5 mm
DESCRIPTION
Robust high precision tile cutter. Replaceable scoring wheel made of tungsten carbide included.
- An adjustable fence made of aluminium and graduated in cm.
- The adjustable guide made of aluminium for diagonal cutting.
- Breaking head with magnet that holds it up to prevent it interfering with the movement of the scoring wheel.
- Fold-out aluminium legs for large tiles. Rubber coated base plate that protects tiles from damage.
ASSEMBLY
HOW TO USE
STRAIGHT CUTS

Place the product on a horizontal and stable surface.

Set a right angle (90°).

Fold forward the pressure plate.

Place the tile on the rubber-coated base plate.

Score a straight snap line.

Fold-down the pressure plate against the tile near the front edge.

Snap the tile by pressing it down.

DIAGONAL CUTS

Place the product on a horizontal and stable surface.

Set an angle of 45°.

Fold forward the pressure plate.

Place the tile diagonally on the rubber-coated base plate.

Score a straight snap line.

Fold-down the pressure plate against the tile near the front edge and snap the tile by pressing it down.
REPLACING THE SCORING WHEEL
Unscrew the scoring wheel axle with a screwdriver, fit a new wheel, and
replace the axle.
MAINTENANCE
STORAGE
Store the tile cutter in a dry and safe place when not in use.
