Thank you for choosing our fryer. Before using the appliance, and to ensure the best use, carefully read these instructions.The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of death, injury and electrical shock when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the applia nee. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance. We assume no liability for customer failing to comply with these requirements.
SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed. Read all instructions.
- Remove your fryer carefully from the box, you may wish to store the packing for future use.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years old and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
- For indoor and household use only.
- Never immerse the appliance in water.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
- Cooking appliances should be positioned in a stable location with the handles (if any) positioned to avoid spillage of the hot liquids.
- The surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
- The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be very high when the appliance is operating.
- For details on how to clean the surfaces in contact with food or oil, please refer to part “Cleaning and maintenance”.
- There are no user-serviceable parts in your fryer.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Consult your dealer if you are ever in doubt about the operation of the safety of your equipment.
- Make sure that the voltage of your electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the rating plate.
- Ensure the oil is within the maximum and minimum marks in the pot when in use.
- Always unplug the fryer when not in use.
- Keep the fryer out of the reach of children.
- Do not leave it unattended when the fryer is switched on.
- A thermal safety device automatically cuts off the power supply in case of a fault.
- Always allow the oil to cool before moving the fryer, as hot oil can cause serious burns.
- Do not move the fryer while in use.
- Do not use if the main cord or plug is damaged. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified service agent as special tools and parts are required to repair it.
- Never plug in the fryer before adding oil or fat, if you do the thermal safety device will operate and stop the fryer from working.
- Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the worktop. Do not use an extension lead with the fryer.

HOW TO USE THE FRYER
BEFORE USING
- The basket and pot should be wiped clean before using the fryer for the first time.
- Press the lid release button.
- Remove the basket.
- Wipe the inside of the lid, basket, and oil compartment with a damp cloth and dry carefully.
- Pour a maximum of 3.0 litres of oil or liquid fat into the fryer ensuring it is between the maximum and minimum levels marked on the inside of pot.
Note: When not in use, disconnect the plug from the mains power supply.
HINTS FOR DEEP FRYING
- Slice food thinly and in uniform pieces. This will help ensure food cooks evenly.
- To prevent the hot oil from spattering, carefully pat food dry before immersing into the fryer.
- Shake off excess coatings (such as breadcrumbs) before cooking.
- Shake off ice crystals before cooking.
- Do not overfill the basket.
OPERATING
- Plug in the deep fryer.
- The indicator light will be red.
- Adjust the temperature control Knob to the required temperature.
- The oil reaches the required temperature about 22 minutes later.
- Shake off any ice crystals or excess coating from the food and place the food into the basket.
- Slowly lower the basket into the oil.
- Lift the handle 90 degrees as shown below.
- Press the lid release button and remove the basket.
Notes:
- When food is placed in the deep fryer, it will naturally cool the oil making the indicator light turn red again.
- Once the food is fried, lift the basket using the basket handle until it clicks into position to place the basket in the drain position, allowing the oil to drain from the food.
- The inner pot is removable, please install it as below pictures. Pay attention to the direction, and put the pot into the housing. After confirming that the installation is stable. Pour the oil into the bowl and plug in the deep fryer.

GUIDELINES
- The cooking time in the chart refers to the quantities stated. Smaller quantities may take less time to cook and larger quantities may take longer time to cook.
- The times stated are only a guide.
- Time will vary due to a number of factors e.g. quantities of food and oil, size of food pieces, starting temperature of the food and personal preference.
- Always ensure that food is piping hot and thoroughly cooked before eating.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Make sure the deep fryer is switched off as well as the thermostat and timer knobs, and unplug the machine before cleaning and maintenance.

Allow the oil or fat to cool down.
Caution: Do not move the deep fry and the contents until it is completely cooled down. -
If the deep fryer is not used regularly, it is recommended to store the oil or liquid fat after cooling in a container preferably in the fridge or some other cool place. Open the lid and remove the basket. Filter the oil or fat through a fine sieve into the container to remove food particles from the oil or fat.

If the deep fryer contains solid fat, allow the fat to solidify in the deep fryer and store the fat in the deep fat fryer.

Empty the fryer and clean the inner part of oil tank with a paper towel. then wipe with a wet cloth dipped in soapy water. Wipe with a damp cloth and allow it to dry. Warning: Never immerse the oil compartment (with power cord) in water and do not clean these parts under running water.

Clean regularly the outer part of the fryer with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft and clean towel.

Clean the basket and the handle in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before reusing.

Dry completely before storage.

Store the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated location which is out of reach of children, when the deep fryer is not in use.

Store in its original package when not using for a long time to avoid soiling.
Important: Never wet the electrical part of the unit.
In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of daniierous substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of Its service life shall be collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the tome of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative sanctions according to the laws.
