Thank you for choosing our appliance. Before using the appliance, carefully read these instructions to ensure it is used correctly. The safety precautions enclosed reduce the risk of death, injury and electrical shock when correctly followed. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance. We assume no liability for customers who fail to comply with these requirements.
SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be observed.
- This appliance Is not Intended to be used by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by persons who lack experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given Instructions beforehand on the use of the appliance by a person responsible of their safety.
- Children should be supervised to make sure they do not treat the appliance like a toy.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by chlldren unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- If you are using the unit In a bathroom, unplug it after you have finished using It. Using the unit close to a source of water can, in fact, be dangerous, even If the unit Is switched off. To ensure additional protection, Install a residual current device (RCD) with a nominal trip current no higher than 30mA In your bathroom. Ask your electrical fitter for advice.
- Never immerse the unit into water or any other liquid.
- If the supply cord is damaged, stop using it in case of any accidents and please contact our after-sales service centre for assistance.
- Do not use the unit if it has fallen or if it appears to be damaged.
- Do not leave the unit unattended when it is plugged in or switched on.
- The steam head will emit high temperature steam, do not touch it to avoid being scalded.
- Unplug the unit immediately if you have problems when using it.
- Do not use any accessories other than those provided by manufacturer. Unplug the unit after each use and before filling or cleaning it.
- Allow the unit to cool off completely before storing.
- To prevent damage to the cord, do not wrap it around the unit and ensure it is stored without twisting or folding it.
- When emitting steam, this appliance may cause burns if it is used too close to the skin or eyes, or if it is used incorrectly. To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from the steam vents, test appliance before use by holding it away from the body.
- Do not steam a garment while a person is wearing it.
- Burns could occur from touching hot water or steam. Use carefully when you move the steam appliance upside down.
- Do not operate steamer without correctly filling the water container. Only use distilled water for filling this appliance.
- The use of an extension cord is not recommended. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a 13-ampererated cord should be used and please make sure only this unit is plugged in the extension cord. Cord rated for less amperage (less than 13-amperage) may overheat Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripper over.
- Use with caution when carrying steamer as it contains hot water.
- Do not touch the steam head and the surrounding hot parts to avoid being scalded by high temperature. The maximum operation time shall not exceed 30 minutes and must be cooled off completely every 30 minutes’ working period. Use distilled water only.
- Each of our products has been strictly tested. The water droplets in the water tank are tested for residue. Please feel free to use them.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: The polyethylene bags over the product or its packaging may be dangerous. Keep these bags out of reach of babies and children.
- Never use them in cribs, children’s beds, pushchairs or playpens.
- The thin film may cling to nose and mouth and prevent breathing. A bag is not a toy.
WARNING : Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.

ACCESSORIES
Your garment steamer includes 3 attachments, 2 of them are for extra grooming
and care of all your clothes:
- Fabric brush for removing dust and dirt from clothes.
- Line clip for shaping edges of collar and cuff.
Do not attempt to attach or remove the brush attachments while the appliance is steaming or hot. Wait until the unit is completely cooled.
ASSEMBLY OF THE ACCESSORIES
CAUTION: Always let the steamer cool down before assembling or removing the attachments. FABRIC BRUSH
FABRIC BRUSH
- Align the bottom protruding part of the fabric brush into the bottom groove of the steam head.
- Push the head of the fabric brush until the top protruding part also clicks in the top groove of the steam head.
LINE CLIP
- Align the bottom protruding part of the line clip Into the bottom groove of the steam head.
- Push the head of the line clip until the top protruding part also clicks In the top groove of the steam head.
FILLING AND DRAINAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Filling: Open the tank lid, use the cup to fill distilled water into the tank, It cannot be filled over the MAX line (about 250ml), and cover the lid.
- Drainage: Open the lid at the bottom of the tank, drain the remaining water and install the lid back tightly.
STEAM BUTTON INSTRUCTIONS
- The steam button switch is well-designed, it offers a combination of two steam modes: PRESS TO STE.AM and CONTINUOUS STEAM.
- When the lock of the steam button is pushed upward, the machine is in the PRESS TO STEAM mode, the button can be pressed directly. At this point, by pressing the button the steam will come out. Release the button and you will stop the steam. When pressing the button and the lock is pushed downward, the machine is in the CONTINUOUS STEAM mode, if you need to stop the steam, just push the locked button upwards.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Check the steam switch button first to ensure that the lock is in an upward state, otherwise the machine will start working once It Is plugged in, and there will be a water spray If the temperature has not been reached.
- Hang your garment or fabric In an appropriate position.
- Fill the water tank according to the filling instructions and assemble the accessory which you need, insert the plug into a power socket.
- The light indicator will become red, which means the machine is heating up.
- After about 25 seconds, the light indicator goes off, which indicates the steam temperature has been reached, then press the steam button, then the steam will spray out.
- To avoid injury from high temperature steam, do not keep the spray head facing yourself or anybody while steaming.
- To stop the flow of steam, just release the steam button.
- Always allow the steamer to cool down completely before filling water, disassembling, cleaning and storing.
- After use, unplug the steamer and empty any remaining water from the tank to avoid leakage or calcification.
STEAMING TIPS
- When using the device for the first time, please test it on an old cloth, as there may be sediment left from the manufacturing process or transportation.
- Pass the steam jets just above the fabric where the wrinkles are. It may take a few passes to remove the wrinkles completely.
- Do not use this unit on the clothes with no ironing or no ironing at high temperature labels.
- When hanging a garment on a door while steaming, be careful not to damage the door with steam. Please select a suitable place to hang your clothes.
- If the temperature decreases during working, the machine will start heating automatically and the red light will be on. After heating up, the light goes off and the steamer is ready again, you can start steaming again.
- Test fabric for colour fastness in an inconspicuous spot. Drape linens, towels, handkerchiefs and napkins over a rod or place onto a towel rack.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Tips: Always clean the steamer and accessories after using.
- Release the steam on/off button and unplug. Wait until the machine is totally cooled down.
- Take off the installed accessories and clean them with a cloth or soft brush and let them dry completely.
- Open the bottom’s lid of the tank, discharge the remaining water, restore the lid and wipe the tank clean.
- Gently wipe the unit with a soft cloth, pack it and put in a dry and cool place.
Caution: Unplug the unit before cleaning and filling water.
- Do not clean with corrosive, scouring powder, detergent or hard goods (e.g. knife or steel ball).
- Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids to avoid electric shock. Do not use this machine upside down.
- When the water tank is lacking of water, an strange sound from the pump may be heard. Please stop operating immediately, unplug the power cord and fill the water again.
DESCALING
- If the appliance begins to produce steam more slowly than usual, or stops producing steam and then starts again, you may need to decalcify your steamer.
- Decalcification refers to removing the calcium deposits that form over time on the metal parts of the steamer. For beat performance from the Garment steamer, please decalcify the unit from time to time. The frequency depends upon the hardness of the water being used and how often you use the steamer.
Method:
- To decalcify, use a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water in the water tank.
- Plug the unit into an electrical outlet. Wait until the red light goes off, then push the steam button, and let it run until all amount has steamed. Release the steam button, unplug from electrical outlet, and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Repeat the above procedure as many times as necessary until a normal steam rate returns, usually 2 to 3 times. With each repeated cycle, use a fresh solution of vinegar and water.
- Run one cycle of distilled water through the unit at the completion of decalcification before using the unit again to steam garments.
