TECHNICAL DATA

Always wear ear protection.
The declared values for vibration and noise, which have been measured by a standardised test method, can be used to compare different tools with each other and for a preliminary assessment of exposure. The measurement values have been determined in accordance with EN 1012-1 :2010.

WARNING!
The actual vibration and noise level when using tools may differ from the specified maximum value, depending on how the tool is used and the material. It is therefore necessary to determine which safety precautions are required to protect the user, based on an estimate of exposure in actual operating conditions (taking into account all stages of the work cycle, e.g. the time when the tool is switched off and when it is idling, in addition to the start- up time).

USE

PREPARATIONS

  • Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
  • Install the compressor as close as possible to the air consumption -the air hoses and cords should be as short as possible.
  • Make sure the intake air to the compressor is dry and free from dust.
  • Do not install the compressor in a damp area.
  • The compressor is intended to be used in a well ventilated area and an ambient temperature of +5 to +40°C. The room should be free from dust, acid, fumes and flammable or explosive gas.
  • The compressor is only intended to be used in dry areas. It must not be used in places where work is carried out with sprayed water.

POWER SUPPLY

  • The electric motor is ready for use on delivery. The electrical circuits comply with the requirements in the VDE and DIN standards. The power point to which the product is connected and any extension cords must also comply with the requirements in these standards.
  • The product has a power cord with an earthed plug. The plug can be connected to an earthed 230 V 50 Hz power point with a fuse of at least 16 A.
  • Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate on the product.
