Thank you for choosing our vacuum cleaner. Before using the appliance, and to ensure the best use, carefully read these instructions.
The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of death, injury, and electrical shock when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt, and package.
If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical  appli­  ance. We assume no liability for customers failing to comply with these requirements.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

USAGE LIMITATIONS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be ob­ served.

  • The product is used for floor cleaning in a home environment only and cannot be used for outdoor (such as open terraces), nonground (such as sofas), and commer­  social or industrial environments.
  • Do not use the product in open spaces areas (such as a penthouse, open terrace, and furniture top) without a protective fence.
  • Do not use the product at a temperature of above 40°C or below 0°C or when there are liquids and sticky substances on the ground.
  • Hang cables from the ground before use so as to avoid being dragged by the host.
  • Clear fragile objects and impurities (such as vases and plastic bags) on the ground so as to avoid damaging valuables when the host is stuck or impacted slightly.
  • People with physical, sensory or mental disorders (including children) are not al­ lowed to use or operate the product.
  • Children cannot use the product as a toy. Please keep children and pets away when the host is working.
  • Keep the main brush and other cleaning tools out of reach of children.
  • Do not place objects, children, or pets on a stationary or moving machine.
  • Keep hair, fingers, and other parts of the human body or pets away from the suction inlet when the machine is working.
  • Do not use the product to sweep burning objects (such as burning cigarette ends).
  • Do not use the product to clean long-haired carpets (some dark carpets may not be cleaned normally).
  • Prevent the host from suctioning hard or sharp objects (such as waste decorative materials, glass or iron nails).
  • Do not move the machine by holding the protective cover of the laser distance sensor or the collision bumper.
  • Clean or maintain the host and the charging base under shutdown or power-off state.
  • Do not wipe any part of the product using wet clothes or any liquid.
  • Use the product according to this User Manual. The user should be responsible for any damages and injuries caused by improper use.
  • Do not use the mopping function for carpets and furniture tops.
  • Be sure to remove the water tank when the machine is being charged.

BATTERY AND CHARGING

  • Do not use any battery, charging base, or charger provided by any third parties.
  • Do not dismantle or refit the battery or charging base arbitrarily.
  • Keep the charging base away from heat sources (such as a heating plate).
  • Do not wipe or clean the charging pole piece using wet clothes or wet hands.
  • Do not dispose of used batteries arbitrarily. Used batteries should be disposed of by professional recycling agencies.
  • If the power cord is damaged or broken, please disuse it immediately and replace it through official channels.
  • Ensure that the host is shut down during transportation and that the product is being transported in its original packaging.
  • If the robot is not used for a long time, it should be stored with a 30% charge in the battery and stored in a cool and dry place. Charge the robot at least once every three months to avoid damaging the battery from excessive discharge.

LASER SAFETY INFORMATION
The laser distance sensor of the product complies with the standard for class 1 laser products of IEC60825 and does not produce dangerous laser radiation.

KEY FUNCTIONS
SWEEP/ON & OFF

  • Short press to start Sweep/Pause
  • Long press for 3s for ON/OFF
  • Long press for 15s for forced shut­ down under abnormal circumstances

RECHARGING/LOCAL CLEANING

  • Short press Recharge/Pause
  • Long press to start local INDICATOR
  • Blue: Normal operation or charging
  • Red: Abnormal condition or low battery
  • Purple: Equipment is not connec­ted to the network

RESET WI-Fl

  • Press two buttons simultaneously for 3s.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK USE

  1. Connect the power line and put surplus wires in the storage slot.

  2. Put the charging base against the wall on flat ground and connect the power.
    • Ensure a space of above 0.5m on both sides of the charging base and space of above 1.5m in the front.
    • If the power line is vertical to the ground, the host may be dragged and conse­ quently the charging base may be powered off.
    • The charging light is normally on when it is powered on and it is off during the charging process.

  3. Please do not move the charging base arbitrarily and keep the charging base from direct sunlight.
    • If the charging base is relocated, the host may be positioned unsuccessfully and lose the map. After the charging base is restarted, the host will rebuild and mem­ prize the map. The rebuilt map may lose information about forbidden areas and other areas.
    • Sunlight will disturb the recharging signal and consequently the host may be unable to return to the charging base.

  4. Installation of side brush:
    Make the left side brush (L) and the right side brush (R) correspond to Land Ron the bottom casing, press Land R to install them on the machine.

  5. Startup and charge:
    Long press the key to start the machine. Charge the host on the charging base after the indicator light is on.
    • If the machine cannot be started due to a low battery, please charge the host on the charging base and the machine will start automatically. The machine can work normally only when the battery level is 30% or more.

  6. Connect mobile APP CREATE Home (optional):
    • Register and login in to the APP.
    • Click on to add equipment.
    • Press ” ON” and “Recharge” on the robot for 3 seconds till the indicator light turns purple and slowly blinks.
    • Enter your Wi-Fi name and password in APP
    • Connect your mobile phone to the device’s hotspot
    • The network is connected successfully. (The indicator light turns from purple to blue.)

• If your mobile phone does not connect to the robot due to any changes in the router settings, password or other reasons, press the keys O Y -0 Simultaneously for 3  seconds until you hear the message “WiFi has been reset” and the indicator light turns purple and blinks slowly.

DETAILED INSTALLATION

• If the mobile phone cannot be connected to the cleaning robot, reset your WiFI network.

  1. Start cleaning
    After the machine is started, short press Okey on the host or start cleaning using
    the mobile APP (press any button to pause it in use).
    • The sweeping robot cannot be used to remove liquids.
    • If the battery level is less than 20%, the machine cannot work. Please charge it.
    • The machine will return to the charging base automatically if the battery level is less than 20% in use and will be powered off and start cleaning automatically after the battery level reaches 80%.
    • Please clear wires (including the power line of the charging base) on the ground before use so as to avoid outage and damage of objects or wires when wires are dragged by the host.

  2. Installation of mopping module
    Installation of duster cloth: Paste duster cloth flatly onto the water tank bottom. • Clean duster cloth after use to ensure cleaning effect.
    • Fill in the water tank: Remove the plug and fill the tank with distilled water only to prevent blockages caused by lime. In case of using any detergent, make sure it does not exceed 5 ml (only a few drops).lnstallation of the module: Push the module horizontally along the rear part of the host till you hear a cracking sound, and then the module is installed.

  3. Removal of mopping module:
    • After the host shuts down, press the buckle in the middle of the water tank.
    • Move it backward and remove the mopping module.
    • Empty the water tank and clean the duster cloth (please do not move or turn over the host in use)

  4. Instructions for mopping module:
    • You can use the robot with the scrub module installed even if you are not going to scrub, but it is not recommended as this forces the motor to drag the scrub mop on dry ground.
    • For your own safety, be sure to remove the mopping module when it is being charged or left unused.
    • Do not mop the carpet. Set a forbidden area in the APP to prevent the machine from entering the carpet.
    • To achieve a better mopping effect, the mopping module should be installed after the floor is swept three times.
    • To add water or clean the dust cloth when the machine works, pause it, and take out and reassemble the mopping module according to steps 8 and 9. Do not move or turn over the host so as to avoid failing in positioning and losing the map.
    • Mopping function of the machine is intended for wiping and is conducive to deep cleaning.
    It cannot remove the stubborn stains effectively and replace labor force.

INSTRUCTIONS

ON/OFF

  • Long press key for 3s, the indicator light is on and the machine is started.
  • Long press key for 3s when the machine is under standby mode, the indicator light is off and the machine shuts down.
  • The machine cannot shut down when the host is being charged.

SWEEP/PAUSE

  • After the machine is started, short press the key on the host or start the machine using the mobile APP. (Press any key to pause while in use.)

CHARGING

  • Automatic mode: The host will return to the charging base automatically after work.
  • Manual mode: Under the suspended state, short press the key to start recharging or when the host is charged under the control of the mobile APP. The indicator light is under breathing mode when the host is charged.
  • If the host fails to locate the charging base, it will return to the original position automatically. Put the host back to the charging base manually.

CLEANING MODE

  • After being started, the host will scan and generate the map and divide it into areas intelligently.
    It will sweep the areas one by one along the wall orderly, efficiently, and thoroughly and plan the cleaning route in a bow shape. The machine will return to the charging base automatically after work.
    • Please do not move the machine arbitrarily and frequently while in use. If the ma­
    chine is moved, put it near the original position and try to relocate the machine when it is restarted.
    If it is relocated successfully, the machine will continue work­ ing according to the planned route. If it is relocated unsuccessfully, the machine will give up the task and rebuild the map and it may be unable to be charged.

FIXED POINT CLEANING

  • If a specific area requires deep cleaning and the user fixes a point in the map by the APP, the machine will move near the point automatically and sweep the floor within 1.5  m x 1.5 m (twice by default. The number of times can be set).

LOCAL CLEANING

  • If the machine cannot be controlled by the APP, move it to the required area manually, long-press key for 3s and the machine will sweep the floor twice within 1.8 m x 1.8  m.

USER-DEFINED AREA CLEANING

  • Set the size and position of one or more areas to be swept using the mobile APP. The host will sweep the floor according to settings.

FORBI ODEN AREA

  • Set one or more forbidden areas using the mobile APP. The host will not sweep forbidden areas but other areas.

FIXED-TIME CLEANING

  • Fixed-time cleaning time can be set using the mobile APP. The host will start clean­ ing automatically at the appointed time and return to the charging base after work.

SUCTION/WATER VOLUME ADJUSTMENT

  • You can choose “high”, “standard” and “low” for these 3 modes through the APP.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

MAIN BRUSH (WEEKLY CLEANING)

  1. Turn over the machine and press the buckle on the main brush cover to take out the main brush.
  2. Remove the accumulated dust with the small brush (included with the robot) and clean it.
  3. Reassemble the main brush and press its cover tightly to fix the buckle.

UNIVERSAL WHEEL (MONTHLY CLEANING)

  1. Turn over the machine and pull out the universal wheel upwards.
  2. Remove dirt on the wheel and spindle.
  3. Refit the universal wheel until you hear the click.

SIDE BRUSH (WEEKLY CLEANING)

  1. Turn over the machine and pull out the side brush upwards.
  2. Remove hair and dirt and reassemble the side brush.
  3. Make the Leh side brush (L) and the right side brush (R) correspond to L and R on the bottom casing, press L and R to reinstall them.
    • Replace the side brush every 3-6 months so as to ensure a correct cleaning effect.

FILTER SCREEN CLEANING (MONTHLY CLEANING)

  1. After the machine is used for a long time, remove filter gauze, filter sponge, and HEPA filter screen.
  2. Wash filter gauze, filter sponge, HEPA filter screen, and dust box using tap water.
  3. Shake off water drops and leave the filter screen and dust box to air dry for future use.
  4. Install dust box components in order of filter gauze, filter sponge, and HEPA filter screen after they are completed dried in the air. • Wash the filter screen using clear water and do not add any detergent.
    • Do not clean the filter screen using brushes and fingers.
    • Leave the filter screen to air dry for at least 24h.
    • Replace the filter screen every 6-12 months.

MOPPING MODULE (CLEANED AFTER EVERY USE)

  1. Remove the duster cloth from the mop­ ping module and empty the water tank.

  2. Clean duster cloth and leave water tank and duster cloth to air dry for future use.

SENSOR (CLEAN IT MONTHLY)
Please cut the power off during cleaning.
Wipe sensors of the machine using a soft dry cloth, including:

  1.  Wall sensor on the right of the host.
  2. Three anti-dropping sensors at the bottom of the host.
  3. Infrared avoidance sensor in the front of the host.
  4. Radar avoidance sensor on the top of the host.
  5. The charging pole pieces at the bottom of the host.
  6. Signal transmission area of charging base.

BATTERY

  • The host is furnished with high-performance lithium-ion batteries. To maintain bat­ tery performance, please keep the host charged in daily use.
  • If the robot is not used for a long time, unplug it and store it properly. Charge it at least once every three months by 30-40% to avoid damaging the battery from ex­cessive  discharge.

FIRMWARE UPDATE

  • Upgrade firmware using the mobile APP.
    If new firmware is detected, upgrade it according to the prompt. The robot should be in the charging base and the battery level should be around 50% during the firmware update.

SYSTEM RESET

  • Takedown the dust box, open the rubber plug, and press the Reset key (refer to page 5). The current map will be lost and timing, Wi-Fi, and personalized settings will be reserved after reset.

COMMON PROBLEMS

TROUBLE SOLUTION
The machine cannot be started • In case of a low battery level, please place

the machine on the charging base and align it at the electrode plate. The machine will be started automatically (if the machine is completely powered off, it can be started automatically after being charged for a while).
• If the environment temperature is lower than 0 °C or higher than 50 °C, please use it at a temperature of 0-40 °C
The machine cannot be charged| • Please move the machine away, check whether the indicator light of the charging base is on and confirm both ends of the power adapter of the charging base are connected properly.
• In case of poor contact, please clear the charging pole pieces and the charging contact on the host or push the side brush aside.
The machine can rot be recharged| The host is too far away from the charging base, please put the host
near the charging base and make another try
Abnormal behavIout| Shut down and restart the machine.
Abnormal noise while in use| The main brush, side brush, or wheel may be twined by external matters,
please shut down the machine and remove them
Cleaning ability declines or dust| • The dust box is full, please clear it.
• The filter screen is blocked, please clear or replace it.
• The main brush is twined by external matters, please clear it.
Wi-Fl cannot be connected| • Wi-Fi signal is bad, please ensure that the machine is covered by Wi-Fi signal
• Wi-Fi has connected abnormally, please reset Wi-Fi, download the latest APP, and try to reconnect it.
The password is set incorrectly.
Although the router can output 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band frequencies. The robot vacuum cleaner is only available for a 2.4 GHz bandwidth.
Fixed-time cleaning fails| In case of a low battery level, fixed-time cleaning can be started only when the battery level is no less than 30%.
The robot may enter a prohibited area due to a positioning error or a sensor exception, among other things.
The robot has entered a prohibited area.| • Permanent no-go tones can be bypassed due to a drastic change in the position of the charging base or furniture. Try not to move or interfere with the running robot
• The settings of the permanent no-go zones can be lost if the map is rebuilt.
Does the unit consume electricity even if it is charged if it is
connected to the charging base?| The unit consumes a little electricity if it is always in the charging base for better battery performance.
Does the robot need to be charged for 16 hours the first three times?| It is not necessary since lithium batteries have no memory effect
Error 1Having trouble hoo­ vering. Please re-install the dust tank  and try again| Cleaning is not triggered when the dust box is removed.
Error 2: I can’t see, is my radar covered or blocked?| The top radar is covered or placed in an open area (it is not obs¬tacle within an area of 6 x 6 m2).
Error 3:Please put me somewhere else and try again| Lift the machine and put it back in a different place.
Error 4:I’m blurry-eyed. Please scrub my cliff sensor and restart me from a new location| The cliff sensor is covered or placed at a height.
Error 5:I’m blinded. Please scrub my front sensor and restart me from a new location| The infrared avoidance sensor is dirty or covered.
Error 6:My right-hand sensor has misted up. Please restart me from a new location| The wall sensor is dirty or covered.
Error 7:My radar housing needs a scrub for better reception. Then restart me from a new location| The radar avoidance sensor is dirty or covered.
Error 8:Seems like my bumper is blocked, would you mind?| Check the collision sensor
Error 9:My dust container and filter need cleaning. Oh you’re so understanding| The dust box is full or the filter screen needs to be replaced.
Error 10: Dust container removed. Now can you clean it?| Once error 9 appears, error 10 will appear asking if it is possible to clean the container.
Error 11: I’m stuck, and going nowhere fast!| The robot is stuck.

In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous substances in electrical and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centers specializing in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent startup of the equipment sent to be recycled, treated, and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative effects on the environment and health and optimizes the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves the application of administrative sanctions according to the laws.
