INTRODUCTION/PRELIMINARY
This premium installation kit is for 2015-UP Chrysler 300 vehicles. Included are all the parts you need to mount your car stereo or CD player into your vehicle’s dash. Refer to individual instructions in this manual to remove your vehicle’s factory radio and assemble the kit. Dash Modification See page 3

INSTALLATION GUIDE
Disassembly
Step 1
Use a panel removal tool (PRT) to carefully unclip and remove the A/C
control panel.| Step 2
Unplug and remove the A/C control panel from its location (white arrow).
Retain (4) orange snapping clips (black arrows) and transfer them to the
Scosche lower radio panel.

Step 3
Unclip and remove the radio face panel away from the dashboard using a PRT
(see image at right).
Retain the (6) orange snapping clips and transfer them to the Scosche UAC vent
panel (Not shown in image).| Step4
Unplug and disconnect all connections to the OEM radio face panel (Disconnect
clock wiring connection to the panel, see image at right).

Step 5
Remove the (4) Phillips screws securing the OE radio to the dash (see arrows
for location).| Step 6
Use a panel removal tool (PRT) to carefully unclip and remove the A/C
control panel.

Assembly Preparation
Step 1
Remove the (3) bolts securing the OE panel clock in place and remove them from
the panel. Next, secure the clock onto the aftermarket Scosche panel using the
OE bolts removed.| Step 2
Unclip and remove the two air vents attached to the OEM radio face panel, then
attatch them to the back of the Scosche panel (same location as the OEM
panel).

Step 3
CAUTION
Dash modification required.
PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Please proceed with CAUTION, this step does require dash modification. If you
feel you are not suitable for this installation please seek professional help.
Using a cutting tool cut the area highlighted in the image at the right to
make space for a Double DIN opening.

Kit Assembly
Before proceeding to kit assembly be sure to install the OEM clock and air vents, see Steps 1 & 2 on page 8 of the Kit Preparation process. By this point all snapping clips should already be installed onto both upper and lower Scosche panels, refer to pages 2 steps 2, and 3 for reference.
Step 1
Attach both Left (7828) and Right (7827) brackets to the back of the (7826)
bottom radio panel using the (4) provided Phillips screws.| Step 2
Slide/Align and secure the aftermarket radio into the bracket panel
assembly.

Step 3
Mount the provided narrow pocket (7823) to the back of the top UAC panel under
the UAC module.
Note: Vents and clock are not shown on the illustration| Step 3
Connect all upper panel wiring, then snap the UAC panel to the vehicle’s upper
dash cavity.
Notes:
• Be sure orange snapping clips are installed to the back of the panel first,
refer to Step 3 of disassembly (Page 2).
• Refer to page 6 for wiring figures and codes.

Step4
Connect all lower radio panel wiring, then snap the lower assembly into
location.
Reassemble and reconnect everything in reverse order of disassembly to
complete the installation.
Notes:
• Be sure orange snapping clips are installed to the back of the panel first,
refer to Step 2 of disassembly (Page 2).

STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS
The Scosche ITCCR01 B/HGB/SB (Chrysler 300) face panel is equipped with steering wheel control wires that will retain the vehicle’s OEM steering wheel capabilities when equipped. Refer to the HVAC wiring diagram/ wiring codes above for a connection guide. For a further or more detailed understanding of the steering wheel controls, please refer to your vehicle’s owner’s manual for button functionalities.
- For Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Panasonic, and Sony car stereos, connect the 3.5mm male steering plug into the steering wheel input jack at the back of the stereo.
- For Kenwood and newer JVC stereos, connect the BROWN (SWC Key 1) wire to the “Remote in” wire at the back of the stereo

Use the Up arrow to toggle through the Menu items upward.

Use the DOWN arrows to college through the Menu Items downward.
Use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow buttons to toggle through sub-menu items (back and forth). -
Select the OK button to confirm the setting or menu option

Push the Phone Pick-up to answer a phone call.

Push the Phone Hang-up, to end a phone call.

Voice Command refers to the vehicle’s owner’s manual for further detail.
CLIMATE & CONVENIENCE CONTROLS

The Scosche Touch Screen Interface replaces the Factory climate, convenience,
and personalization controls built into the Factory Ford Radio/Dash panel.
This solution provides improved ergonomics while adding touch screen
capabilities unique to this system. Read the following sections to familiarize
yourself with the operating controls and settings.

Time| Digitally displays time, enter Menu settings to configure time format
{12HR/24HR). Tap the displayed time on the screen to enable the date window to
display for 3sec.

Enter menu settings to configure Celsius or Fahrenheit.
| Use the UP and DOWN arrows (Fig. 2, #3,5,6, & 8) on the color TFT touch
screen to adjust vehicle air temperature. Touch the Red
Red indicates warmer air and Blue indicates cooler air. Individually adjust
driver/ passenger or SYNC them (See Fig 3; #1, Page 8)
| Press the Power Button (Fig.2, #11) to toggle the climate controls On or
Off.
| To decrease fan speed, press the fan speed DOWN button (Fig. 2, #12). A
graphic level indicator will move down on the color TFT screen indicating the
current fan speed (Fig. 2, #10).
| To increase fan speed, press the fan speed UP button (Fig. 2, #13). A
graphic level indicator will move up on the color TFT screen indicating the
current fan speed (Fig. 2, #1 O) . There are a total of 7 fan speed increments
from off to maximum.
| MAX A/C button (Fig. 2, #14) on the color TFT touch screen to turn on Max
A/C. Maximum cooling will occur with the temperature adjusted to the lowest
cold setting and the Fan speed is set at maximum. MAX A/C is used to cool the
car down as quickly as possible. Touch the Max A/C button again to return to
the previous Fan speed and temp setting.
AIR FLOW/ VENT CONTROL (Figure 2)
Touch the vent control mode icons (Fig. 2, #9) on the color TFT touch screen
to select vent mode.
Graphics are displayed according to the selected vent and airflow pattern.
Refer to the vehicle’s owner manual for further details.

SYNC| Press the Sync button (Fig.3, #1) on the touchscreen to toggle the
Sync feature On/Off.
The sync indicator light will be illuminated when this feature is enabled. Use
Sync to synchronize the passenger temperature setting with the driver
temperature setting. Changing the passenger temperature setting while in Sync
will disable feature this feature

| Press the Air Conditioning Button (Fig. 3, #2) to tum the Air Conditioning
On or Off. A light will illuminate in the button indicating the on/off status
of the A/C.
| Press the Front Defrost (Fig. 3, #3) to tum Defrost On or Off. This
configuration helps clear the front windshield of fog or moisture. Air will be
directed to the windshield. A light will illuminate on the button indicating
the on/off status of the Defrost mode. NOTE: For best results clear the
windows of snow or ice before defrosting settings. DO NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE
UNTIL THE WINDOWS ARE CLEAR!
| Press the Rear window defrost button (Fig. 3, #4) to turn the rear window
defogger on or off. A light will illuminate on the button indicating the
on/off status of the Defrost mode.
The rear defogger will also be turned off by turning the ignition to the OFF
position.
| Press the recirculation button (Fig. 3, #5) to turn on air recirculation. A
light will illuminate in the button indicating the on/off status of the
Recirculate mode. Interior air will be re-circulated inside the vehicle. This
mode helps to quickly cool the air inside the vehicle or
prevent outside air and odors from entering. Operating recirculation mode
[while the A/C is off] increases humidity and may cause the windows to fog.
Recirculation is not available in the Defrost or Defog modes.
| Press the Scosche logo (Fig. 3, #6) 4x to enable the Installer menu under
the Configuration
Menu (pg.1 O, Fig. 5; #6).
AUTO| Automatically controls the interior temperature of the interior of
the vehicle by adjusting airflow distribution and amount. Performing this
function will cause the system to switch between manual mode and automatic
modes (Fig. 3, #7).
AUTO| MENU allows the user to configure Vehicle Settings (Installer
Menu)/ ITC Settings/ Language settings. Within menu settings, the user can
also refer to the module version for technical reference. Please refer to the
Charts on pages 11 & 12 for further details.
CTRL| Press the CTRL (Controls) on the right touch screen to access
vehicle control (See page 9 for CTRL screen details.)

CONTROLS MENU
To access the control menu touch the CTRL button on the TFT located on the
right screen main layout (See page 8; fig. 3, #9). To return to back to the
main menu touch the return arrow button on the right screen see Fig. 4, #9
above.
| Touch the Mirror Dimmer (Fig. 4, #1) button on the color TFT touch screen to
turn on the mirror dimmer. A Button graphic will light the ON/OFF status of
the mirror dimmer.

| Touch the heated steering wheel (Fig. 8, #6) button on the color TFT touch
screen to turn on the heated steering wheel. A Button graphic will light the
ON/OFF status of the heated steering wheel.
1. Press the heated steering wheel button once to turn the heating element
ON.
2. Press the heated steering wheel button a second time to turn the heating
element OFF.
| Touch the driver vented seats (Fig. 4, #3) or the passenger vented seats
(Fig. 4, #6) button on the color TFT touch screen to turn on the vented seats.
A Button graphic will light the ON/OFF status of the seat heater.
1. Press the vented sets once to activate airflow to high.
2. Press the vented seat button twice to activate airflow to low.
3. Press a third time to deactivate the setting.
| Touch the driver’s seat heater (Fig. 4, #4) or the passenger’s seat heater
(Fig. 4, #5) button on the color TFT touch screen to turn on the seat heater.
1. Press the heated seat button once to activate the seat warmer on the high
setting.
2. Press again to activate the low setting.
3. Press a third time to deactivate the setting.
ECO| The indicator light will display when fuel economy mode is
activated. This feature enhances fuel efficiency, for further details on this
feature please refer to your owner’s manual (only if equipped).
| Press the headrest fold Icon to electronically fold the headrest. For
further details on this feature please refer to the vehicle owner’s manual
(only if equipped).

MENU NAVIGATION
MENU Press the MENU button (Page 8 Fig.3, #8) to access Configuration Menu
Vehicle/Interface/Language/Version Settings
The following figures (4-6) are sample menu screen displays to help you
navigate and understand the menu user interface of the module. Use the ~
(Return arrow) to go back
to the previous menu. Press the X to close the menu window and return to the
TFT color touch screen home screen. For further setting, options refer to the
Vehicle Settings Chart on Page 11, ITC Settings Chart on page 12 & Language,
and Version Setting Charts on page 12.
