32004QR User Guide
Join telephone or network cable together. Suitable for joining 2, 3 and 4 pair telephone or network cables
- Remove clip-on cover and attach socket to wall with 4 screws (not supplied).
- Carefully strip about 30mm of outer sheath from each cable to be joined. Use an IDC Connecting Tool (not supplied) to press the wires into the connection slots as shown, there is no need to remove insulation. Match individual wires of the same colour/markings from each cable opposite each other in the two connection strips, as shown below.
- Cut out suitable cable entry points in the cover and clip the cover back on.
