SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the User Instructions carefully before use

  • The jack is only intended for lifting.
  • It’s forbidden to use the jack to lift people.
  • Never crawl under the vehicle and never try to start the vehicle while it is raised on the jack.
  • Only use the lifting points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
  • Never crawl under a vehicle that is not supported with jack stands.
  • Never modify the product in any way

Max. lifting capacity 1,500 kg
Minimum height 95 mm
Maximum height 390 mm

USE

Before wheel replacement

  1. Park on flat ground.
  2. With automatic transmission put the gear selector in P otherwise in reverse.
  3. Apply the parking brake.
  4. Chock the wheel diagonally opposite the wheel to be replaced.
  5. Loosen the wheel nuts/bolts, but do not remove them.
  6. Chock the wheel diagonally opposite the wheel to be replaced.
  7. Turn the jack handle clockwise to lift the jack saddle to the jack mount.

Lifting

  1. Lift the vehicle until the wheel runs free from the ground.
  2. Remove the wheel nuts/bolts and the wheel.
  3. Clean the mounting surface and fit the new wheel.
  4. Tighten the wheel nuts/bolts by hand so that the rim lies against the hub.

Lowering

  1. Lower the jack fully.
  2. Tighten the wheel nuts/bolts properly.
  3. Remove the chocks from under the wheel.
  4. Put away the jack and any other equipment.

MAINTENANCE

  • Keep the product clean and lubricate with suitable grease every three months.
  • The jack must always be kept in the fully lowered position.
  • Check the product for cracks in weld joints as well as damage, loose, worn or missing parts before use.
