Product Information

This product is a luminaire designed for lighting purposes. It has a module connected wattage of 10.2 W and a rated temperature of 50-180.5 K27. The module designation is LED-0810/927 with a color temperature of 2700 K and a color rendering index (CRI) greater than 90. The module luminous flux is 1460 lm, the luminaire luminous flux is 1083 lm, and the luminaire luminous efficiency is 86.6 lm/W.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the installation and operation of this luminaire comply with national safety regulations.
2. Only a qualified electrician should perform the installation and commissioning of the luminaire.
3. Do not modify the luminaire without proper authorization, as the person responsible for modifications will be considered the manufacturer.
4. To protect against overvoltage and other electrical disturbances, it is recommended to use separate overvoltage protection components, which can be found on the manufacturer’s website at www.bega.com.
5. For mounting the luminaire, securely attach the luminaire base to the mounting surface using the provided or suitable fastening materials.
6. Ensure proper connection of the protective conductor (plug connection) between the luminaire upper part and lower part.

• Wall washer · indoor luminaire with symmetrical light distribution for the illumination of wall surfaces with the mounting surface being the reflection surface.
• The luminaire can be installed with the light distribution opening upwards or downwards.

• The installation and operation of this luminaire are subject to national safety regulations. Installation and commissioning may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
• The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use or installation. If subsequent modifications are made to  the luminaire, the person responsible for these modifications shall be considered the manufacturer.

Overvoltage protection

• The electronic components installed in the luminaire are protected against overvoltage in accordance with DIN EN 61547.
• To achieve an additional protection against e. g. transients, etc. we recommend separate overvoltage protection components.

Installation

• Undo the screws and lift off the luminaire top. Loosen earth connection (plug connection) between luminaire top and luminaire base. LED are high-quality electronic components!
• Please avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping.
• Lead the mains supply cable through the cable entry of the luminaire base.
• Ensure correct directionality towards the area to be illuminated.
• Fix luminaire base with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface.
• Be sure to use the gasket rings supplied. Make the earth conductor connection and the electrical connection.
• Make earth conductor connection (plug connection) between luminaire top and luminaire base.
• Install the luminaire top, press-on and
• tighten screws evenly.

Cleaning · Maintenance

Clean luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt.

Replacement of the LED module

• The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire.
• The light colour and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted.
• The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools.
• Disconnect the system and open the luminaire. Please follow the installation instructions for the LED module.
• Defective glass must be replaced.
• Close the luminaire.
