TRIM PANEL REMOVAL TOOL
ALLEN WRENCH (PROVIDED)
DO NOT OVER TORQUE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE TIGHTEN OPERATING LOAD STANDARD BELOW:
6mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 7 TO 8.5 FOOT POUND.
8mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 18 TO 20 FOOT POUND.
10mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 35 TO 40 FOOT POUND.
12mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 60 TO 70 FOOT POUND.
TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF POLISH OR WAX
THAT MAY CONTAIN ABRASIVES THAT COULD DAMAGE THE FINISH. MILD SOAP MAY BE USED
TO CLEAN THE PRODUCT.

PROCEDURE:
- REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. FACTORY INSTALLED OR AFTERMARKET FRONT BUMPERS MUST BE REMOVED.
- Remove the (6) plastic push pins securing the factory splash shield to the vehicle: (4) Across the front edge, (2) on the rear edge. (Figures 1 )
- From under the vehicle, remove the factory fog light connectors and free the fog light wiring loom from the bumper. (Figures 2 )
- From under the vehicle, access and remove the (8) 18mm nuts securing the factory bumper to the vehicle. (Figures 3 )
- Remove the 2 push pins holding the top cover onto the vehicle. (Figures 4 )
- Remove the (8) 7mm screws securing the foglights to the factory front bumper. (Figures 5 )
- Install the fog light bracket using（6）M4 Bolts,（10）M4 Flat Washers,（6）M4 Lock Washers, and （4）M4 Nuts. Repeat this process for both fog lights. (Figures 6 )
- Install the bumper to the frame of the vehicle using (4) M10x35mm bolts, (8) M10 flat washers, (8) M10 lock washers, and (4) M10 nuts. Torque to 40 ft-lbs. (Figures 7 )
- Install the optional light bar mount by using (2) foam protection plate, (6) M10 x 35mm bolts ,(12) M10 Flat Washers,(6) M10 Lock Washers, (6) M10 Nuts. (Figures 8 )
- If user doesn’t need the light bar, then install the (2) block off plates to the bumper by using the (6) M10 x 25mm button head bolts, (12) M10 Flat Washers,(6) M10 Lock Washers, (6) M10 Nuts. (Figures 9 )
- Install the D-Ring brackets to the bumper. Plug the factory fog light harness into the fog lights. Installation is complete. (Figures 10 )
Installation Pictured
(Fig 1) Remove the (6) plastic push pins securing the factory splash shield to
the vehicle 
(Fig 2) From under the vehicle, remove
the factory fog light connectors and free the fog light wiring loom from the
bumper.
(Fig 3) From under the vehicle, access and remove the (8) 18mm nuts securing
the factory bumper to the vehicle.
(Fig 4) Remove the 2 push pins holding the top cover onto the
vehicle. 
(Fig 5) Remove the (8) 7mm screws securing
the fog lights to the factory front bumper. (Fig 6) Install the fog light
using（6）M4 Bolts,（10）M4 Flat Washers,（6）M4 Lock Washers, and（4）M4 Nuts. Repeat
the process for both fog lights. 
(Fig 7) Install the bumper to the frame of the vehicle using (4) M10x35mm
bolts, (8) M10 flat washers, (8) M10 lock washers, and (4) M10 nuts. Torque to
40 ftlbs.
(Fig 8) Install the optional light bar mount
by using (2) foam protection plate, (6) M10 x 35mm bolts ,(12) M10 Flat
Washers,(6) M10 Lock Washers, (6) M10 Nuts. 
(Fig 9) If user doesn’t
need the light bar, then install the (2) block off plates to the bumper by
using the (6) M10 x 25mm button head bolts, (12) M10 Flat Washers,(6) M10 Lock
Washers, (6) M10 Nuts. (Fig 10) Install the D-Ring brackets to the bumper.
Plug the factory fog light harness into the fog lights. Installation is
complete.
