BEFORE INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Starting from under the right/passenger body panel, locate the front mounting location and threaded holes in the body panel (Fig. 1).
Remove the plastic plugs covering the holes.

STEP 2
Select the right front/passenger mounting bracket. Secure the mounting bracket to the front location with (2) 10mm hex bolts, (2) 10mm lock washers, and (2) 10mm flat washers (Fig. 2). Do not tighten the hardware.

STEP 3
Repeat steps 1 and 2 to attach the center and rear passenger/right mounting brackets to the center and rear locations (Figs. 3-6).

NOTE:  There is a larger notch on the back of the center supports and a smaller notch on the bottom of the rear supports. Do not tighten the hardware.

STEP 4
Select the right/passenger rocker step.
NOTE:  The right/passenger rocker step will have an “18R” on the front. Carefully place Rocker Step on the supports. Attach the swing step to the (3) mounting brackets with (6) 8mm combination bolts (Fig. 7). Do not tighten the hardware.

STEP 6
Level and adjust the tilt step and fully tighten all hardware.

STEP 7
Repeat steps 1 through 6 to connect the left rocker step/controller.

STEP 8
Perform periodic installation inspections to ensure all hardware is secure and tight.

Attention
To protect your investment, do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
Mild soap can also be used to clean the running boards.
