Torque & Tools:

- Allen Wrench Required: 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm
Before Installation:
- Remove contents from box.
- Verify all parts are present based on the parts list.
- Read instructions carefully.
- Cutting may be required. Assistance is recommended.
Product Usage Instructions
Step 1. 1: Soft Top Model Installation
- Release the latches attaching the rear base on the top frame to the top of the body (refer to owner’s manual).
- Remove the plastic driver/left soft top hinge cover. Remove the top (2) factory hex bolts attaching the driver/left top hinge to the side of the body.
- Select the Driver/Left Soft Top Mounting Bracket. Lift the soft top frame.
- Attach the rear tab on the Bracket to the threaded hole in the top of the body with (1) 8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washer. Reuse the factory hex bolts to attach the Soft Top Mounting Bracket to the side of the top hinge bracket. Snug but do not fully tighten hardware.
- Repeat the previous steps to attach the passenger/right Soft Top Mounting Bracket.
- Do not reattach the soft top at this time.
Step 1. 2: Hard Top Model Installation
- Remove hardware attaching the hard top to the inner roll bar. Also, remove the hardware attaching the sides of the hard top to the top of the body (refer to owner’s manual). Note: Hard top does not need to be removed, only raise hard top enough to install Bracket and rear Foam Seal.
- Remove the plastic driver/left cover from the side panel.

BEFORE INSTALLATION
REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT DEPEND ON THE PARTS LIST. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. CUTTING MAY BE REQUIRED. ASSISTANCE IS RECOMMENDED.
Installation
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING PICTURES ARE BASED ON THE DRIVER SIDE INSTALLATION
STEP 1.1
Determine model of vehicle : Soft Top Model
- Release the latches attaching the rear base on the top frame to the top of the body, (refer to owner’s manual).
- Remove the plastic driver/left soft top hinge cover, (Fig 1). Remove the top (2) factory hex bolts attaching the driver/left top hinge to the side of the body. ( Fig 1) Soft top models, remove the plastic cover. Remove top two hinge bracket bolts (arrows). Driver/left side pictured
- Select the Driver/Left Soft Top Mounting Bracket. Lift the soft top frame. Attach the rear tab on the Bracket to the threaded hole in the top of the body with (1) 8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer and (1) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washer, (Figs 2 & 3). Reuse the factory hex bolts to attach the Soft Top Mounting Bracket to the side of the top hinge bracket, (Fig 4). Snug but do not fully tighten hardware.
- Repeat the previous Steps to attach the passenger/right Soft Top Mounting Bracket.
- Do not reattach the soft top at this time.
- (Fig 2) Lift top frame up from body. Attach Soft Top Mounting Bracket to threaded hole in top of body
- ( Fig 3) Driver/left side Soft Top Bracket attached to t op of body
- ( Fig 4) Reuse the factory hex bolts to attach the Soft Top Mounting Bracket to the side of the top hinge bracket (arrows-also see Fig 1)
STEP 1.2
Hard Top Model

Remove hardware attaching the hard top to inner roll bar. Also remove the hardware attaching the sides of the hard top to the top of the body, (refer to owner’s manual).
NOTE: Hard top does not need to be removed, only raise hard top enough to install Bracket and rear Foam Seal. -
Remove the plastic driver/left cover from the side panel, (Fig 5).
- (Fig 5) Hard top models, remove plastic cover. Remove top mounting hardware. Lift top enough to access mounting location on top of body. passenger/right side pictured)

Select the Driver/Left Hard Top Mounting Bracket, (Fig 6). With assistance, lift the top up and support it. Insert the Mounting Bracket between the top and over the threaded holes in the top of the body.

Next, select the adhesive backed Driver/Left Hard Top Foam Seal, (Fig 6). Remove the backing and attach the Top Seal to the body between the Mounting Bracket and the rear door opening.
- (Fig 6) Apply the Foam Seal to the corner of the body, between the Bracket and the rear door opening. Lower the top onto the Bracket and reattach the top and driver/left Hard Top Mounting Bracket

Lower the hard top down onto the Bracket and Seal. Attach the roof to the body and Bracket with the included (3) 8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolts, (3) 8mm Lock Washers and (3) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers,(Figs 6 & 7). Leave hardware loose.

Select (1) Hard Top Support Bracket. Attach the Support Bracket to the threaded holes in the side of the body with the included (2) 8mm x 40mm Hex Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers and (2) 8mm x 28mm Large Flat Washers, (Fig 8).

Attach the Support Bracket to the bottom of the Mounting Bracket with (2) 8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolts, (4) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers and (2) 8mm Nylon Lock Nuts, (Fig 9). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.

Repeat the previous Steps to attach the passenger/right Mounting Bracket, Support Bracket and Rear Foam Seal.
- (Fig 9) Attach top of Support Bracket to bottom of driver/left Hard Top Mounting Bracket
STEP 2
- Select the driver/left Pivot Bracket, (Figs 10 & 12). Attach the Bracket to the top of the driver/left Mounting Bracket with (2) 8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolts, (4) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers and (2) 8mm Nylon Lock Nuts, (Figs 11 & 12). Do not fully tighten hardware. Repeat this Step to attach the passenger/right Pivot Bracket.

STEP 3
Carefully unwrap the Storage Trays.
STEP 4
Select the front/forward Tray. Slide the Tray between the two previously
installed Pivot Brackets. Insert (1) Plastic Washer between the Pivot Bracket
and the left side of the Tray, (Fig 13). Line up the Washer with the mounting
hole in the Tray. Attach the Front Tray section to the Pivot Bracket with (1)
8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolt, (2) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers and (1) 8mm Nylon
Lock Nut, (Figs 13 & 14). Leave hardware loose at this time. Repeat this Step
to attach the right side of the front Tray to the Pivot Bracket. Snug but do
not fully tighten hardware.

STEP 5
Slide the Rear Tray in between the mounting location on the previously
installed Front/forward Tray. Insert (1) Plastic Washer between the left side
Front and Rear Tray sections, (Fig 15). Line up the Washer with the mounting
holes in the Trays. Attach the Rear Tray section to the Front Tray with (1)
8mm x 25mm Button Head Bolt, (2) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers and (1) 8mm Nylon
Lock Nut. Leave hardware loose at this time. Repeat this Step to attach the
right side of the front and rear Trays. Snug but do not fully tighten
hardware.

STEP 6
Secure the front and rear Tray sections to the top of the Mounting Brackets
with the included (4) Lock Down Bolts, (Figs 16 & 17).

STEP 7
Attach the Handle to the bottom of the rear Tray with the included (2) 8mm x
20mm Button Head Bolts, (4) 8mm x 22mm STD Flat Washers and (2) 8mm Nylon Lock
Nuts, (Fig 18). ( Fig 18) Attach Handle to Rear Tray Section
STEP 8
Check the assembly for alignment, adjust as necessary and fully tighten all
hardware, (Fig19). I MPORTANT: Do not overtighten the (4) hinge bolts.
Platform sections should be able to fold with some resistance. (Fig 19)

STEP 9
Push the included Edge Trim onto the top of the front and back Trays, (Fig
20).

STEP 10
NOTE: The plastic side covers will need to be cut to clear the Brackets.
Soft Top Model:
Trim the top of the driver/left cover to clear the flange on the Mounting
Bracket. Repeat this Step to trim the top of the passenger/right cover.
Hard Top model:
- Trim the top of the driver/left cover to clear the Support Bracket.
- Cut a slot in the cover to clear the gusset on the Support Bracket, (Fig 21).
- Repeat previous Steps to cut the passenger/right side cover.

STEP 11
The Storage Tray sections can be partially or completely folded up for access
to rear of vehicle.
- To flip up the rear Tray only, remove the (2) rear Lock Down Bolts, Flip the rear Tray up onto front Tray and use Lock Down Bolts to attach the Tray sections, (Fig 22).
- To flip up front and rear Tray sections, remove the Lock Down Bolts attaching the Trays to Mounting Brackets and flip both Tray sections all the way up to the front of the assembly, (Fig 23). Use (2) Tie Down Bolts to secure the Trays to the Pivot Brackets.

STEP 12
Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is
secure and tight.
Attention
- To protect your investment, do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
- Mild soap may be used also to clean the Foldable Interior Storage Rack.
