Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that cutting is not required for installation.
- Drilling is not required for installation.
- To protect the product finish, do not use any polish or wax that contains abrasives. Mild soap can be used for cleaning.
- Parts List:
- Driver/Left Rear Fender Flare – Qty: 1
- Passenger/Right Rear Fender Flare – Qty: 1
- 6mm x 25mm Button Head Bolts – Qty: 10
- 6mm x 12mm OD x 1.6mm Flat Washers – Qty: 10
- 6mm Lock Washers – Qty: 10
- 4mm Hex Wrench – Qty: 1
- Installation Steps:
- Driver/Left Side Installation:
* (Fig 1) Locate the clips under the factory fender and turn them counterclockwise. Carefully pry the fender away from the vehicle.
* (Fig 2) Locate and temporarily remove the hardware attaching the fender liner to the edge of the wheel well.
* (Fig 3) Attach the front of the fender to the vehicle using 3x 6mm Button Head Bolts, 3x 6mm Lock Washers, and 3x 6mm Flat Washers.
* (Fig 4) Attach the rear of the fender to the vehicle using 2x 6mm Button Head Bolts, 2x 6mm Lock Washers, and 2x 6mm Flat Washers.
* (Fig 5) Level and adjust the fenders, then tighten all hardware.

TOOLS REQUIRED
- WRENCH/SOCKET SET
- DO NOT OVER TORQUE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE TIGHTEN OPERATING LOAD STANDARD BELOW:
- 6mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 7 TO 8.5 FOOT POUND.
- 8mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 18 TO 20 FOOT POUND.
- 10mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 35 TO 40 FOOT POUND.
- 12mm BOLTS & NUTS: FROM 60 TO 70 FOOT POUND.
- TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF POLISH OR WAX THAT MAY CONTAIN ABRASIVES THAT COULD DAMAGE THE FINISH. MILD SOAP MAY BE USED TO CLEAN THE PRODUCTS.

Installation
(Fig 1) Locate the clips under the factory fender, and turn the clips counterclockwise. Carefully pry the fender away from vehicle
(Fig 2) Locate and temporarily remove the hardware attaching the fender liner to the edge of the wheel well
(Fig 3) Attach the front of the Fender to the vehicle
(Fig 4) Attach the rear of the Fender to the vehicle
(Fig 5) Level and adjust the Fenders and tighten all hardware.
