Installation Procedure

1. Remove contents from the box and verify all parts are present.
- Read instructions carefully before starting installation as cutting is required.
Maintenance
- To protect your investment, wax the product after installation.
- Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish.
- Do not use any polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish.
- For stainless steel, aluminium polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
- Mild soap may also be used to clean the running board.

Installation Instructions
PROCEDURE
REMOVE CONTENTS FROM THE BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. CUTTING IS REQUIRED.

Identify and separate the Driver and Passenger Side Mounting Brackets. Start installation on the driver’s
side of the vehicle. Remove the plastic cover under the driver side of the vehicle, (Figure 1). -
Select the Driver /Left Front Mounting Bracket. Attach the outer end of the Driver Side Front Mounting Bracket to the (2) threaded holes next to the pinch weld with the included (2) 8mm x 25mm Assembly Bolts, (Figure 2a) Attach the inner tab on the bracket to the threaded hole in the bottom of the inner frame channel with the included (1) 8mm x 25mm Assembly Bolts, (Figure 2a). Leave hardware loose
at this time. IMPORTANT: The Front and Center Mounting Brackets are similar but they are not the same,
(Figure 2b). -
Move to the center of the vehicle and repeat Steps 1-2 for Center Mounting Bracket installation, (Figure 3). NOTE: There is dry glue on the driver’s side of the vehicle and block one mounting hole on the centre brackets. Please carefully scrap off the glue before installing the Driver Side Center
Mounting Bracket, (Figure 4). -
Continue along the side of the vehicle to the rear mounting location. Select the Driver Side Rear
Mounting Bracket. Attach the bracket to the vehicle with (3) 8mm x 25mm Assembly Bolts. Do not tighten all hardware at this time. (Figure 5) -
Select the Driver Side Running Board. Insert (3) 6mm T-Bolts into each slot and slide them down the channel at the bottom of the Board and into an approximate position in line with the Brackets, (Figure 6).

Carefully position the Driver Side Running Board onto the (3) Mounting Brackets. Slide the T-Bolts into position and through the slots in the Brackets, (Figure 7). Attach the Board to the Brackets with (6)
6mm Flat Washers, (6) 6mm Lock washers and (6) 6mm Hex Nuts, (Figure 8). Do not tighten the hardware at this time. -
Level and adjust the Running Board and tighten all hardware.

Leave the plastic cover completely loose and fully tighten the hardware bolting the Brackets to the vehicle. Cover will not be reinstalled until after the Running Board has been installed, aligned and then all hardware tightened. The cover must be loose to access inner hardware.

Once all Bracket hardware has been completely tightened, reinstall the plastic cover with the factory hardware.

Repeat Steps 2 – 9 for Passenger Side Running Board installation.

Do periodic inspections of the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
