Safety Instructions

Complete all connections on the flat cable and quick connectors before connecting to a device or power line.
Avoid using the product outdoors; recommended for indoor use only.

Installation

Ensure full access to the installation location, free from obstructions.
Starting from one end of the strip, remove the adhesive paper and apply the flat wire to the surface.
Install two terminal blocks – one at each end. Extra terminal blocks are included for multiple projects.
Insert the flat cable into the terminal block, following the stoppers’ guidance inside.
Connect device wires to the terminal block using a flathead screwdriver.
Secure the terminal block to the surface if desired before closing.
Repeat steps for the other end of the strip.
Prime or paint the flat wire for concealment.

Q: Can this flat cable be used outdoors?
- A: Although it may work well in places like porches or patios, we recommend indoor use only to ensure longevity.
Q: What is the maximum voltage rating for this product?
- A: The maximum voltage rating is 36V. Do not exceed this value for safety reasons.

Although this product may work well in places such as a porch or patio we recommend its use indoors only

Ensure full access to the location where you are planning to install the flat cable, and make sure there are no furniture or other objects that will obstruct the installation area.
Starting with one end of the strip, remove the adhesive paper (bottom layer) and start applying the flat wire to the surface where it is going to be installed. Images 1 and 2
Once you have the strip installed you can proceed to install the terminals. Two terminal blocks are needed, one for each end. Two extra terminal blocks are included in this kit for multiple projects.
Open the terminal block and with the door halfway opened start inserting the flat cable through the opening between the door and the bottom of the terminal block. There are stoppers inside the terminal block that will indicate how far the strip must be inserted (about 1/2″). Images 3 and 4
Using a flathead screwdriver, unscrew both screws and connect your device’s wires to the terminal block, then tighten the screws. This terminal is compatible with up to 10AWG wires. Image 5
Before closing the terminal block, you may choose to secure it to the surface using two screws (not supplied), then close the terminal door. Images 6, 7 and 8
Repeat the above steps on the other end of the strip.
You can proceed to prime or paint the flat wire for maximum concealment. Image 9
