ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
RL 4128 Grant 6.25 Inch Solitaire Flush Mount

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect items and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all
packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove the mounting plate (A) from the fixture body (C) by loosening the knurled nuts (D).

Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box with the mounting screws (B) provided.

Wrap the fixture ground wire to the green ground screw on the mounting plate (A) and secure it,then connect it to the ground wire in the junction box using the wire nut (F).
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS FIXTURE BE GROUNDED. -
Connect the fixture white wire to the neutral wire in the junction box using the wire nut (F).

Connect the fixture black wire to the hot wire in the junction box using the wire nut (F).
DO NOT REVERSE THE HOT AND NEUTRAL CONNECTIONS OTHERWISE SAFETY WILL BE COMPROMISED. -
Tuck the wire connections neatly into the junction box.

Install the fixture body (C) to the mounting plate (A) and secure it with the knurled nuts (D).

Install the fixture shade (E) to the fixture body (C) by turning clockwise until secure.

Installation is complete, turn on the power at the fuse or circuit breaker. Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
