INSTALLATION GUIDE
BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR INSTALLATION
Read through the instruction guide before getting started with the installation. Professional installation is recommended for this product.
CONTENTS
- 1/4″ NPT Direct Action Manifold Valve
- Wire Harness
- 1/4″ NPT Plug x 3
- Mounting Hardware
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Never install this air valve to an air tank that controls the air brakes or any other important part on your vehicle.
- Make sure your battery ground is detached before getting your installation started.
- Ensure that your air system has no pressure before starting the installation.
- Apply sealant to fitting’s threads before assembly. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
IMPORTANT: If the vehicle is dropped or raised too fast when activating the valve using the switch, a flow control valve (not provided) can be installed to reduce the air intake or exhaust of the air spring.
MANIFOLD INSTALLATION
- Disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable.
- Proceed with air connections as follow:
o IN (Inlet): Using 1/4″ NPT male fittings, connect the air supply hoses coming from the air tank to these ports, if only one port is going to be use as intake, the other can be close with the plug provided.
o EXH (Exhaust): These ports are the exhaust ports, their function is to dump air from the air spring.
IMPORTANT: If the vehicle drop or raise too fast when activating the
switch, a flow control valve (not provided) can
be installed to reduce the air intake or exhaust of the air spring.
o 1: Using a 1/4″ NPT male fitting connect the hose of one of your air
springs.
o 2: Using a 1/4″ NPT male fitting connect the hose of the second air
spring.
o G1: Using a 1/4″ NPT male fitting connect a hose to the air gauge that
will measure the air pressure of the air spring that was connected on 1.
o G2: Using a 1/4″ NPT male fitting connect a hose to the air gauge that
will measure the air pressure of the air spring that was connected on 2.
A single Dual Needle air gauge with two air ports (not provided) can measure both air springs individually. If not using a gauge close ports with the plugs provided.
IMPORTANT: When cutting or trimming the air line, use a hose cutter, a razor blade, or a sharp knife. A clean, square cut will ensure against leaks. DO NOT USE WIRE CUTTERS OR SCISSORS TO CUT THE AIR LINE. These tools may flatten or crimp the air line causing it to leak.

MANIFOLD WIRING
- Connect the wiring harness firmly to the manifold’s receptacle.
- Connect wires GRAY and BROWN to GROUND, can be the chassis (unpainted surface) or route a wire directly to the negative side of the vehicle’s battery.
- The remaining wires will be the POSITIVE wires of the valves and must be connected to the switches that will control their functions (see diagrams below).
- Secure the manifold to the vehicle using the mounting hardware provided.
