OPERATOR’S MANUAL OF PLIERS

Mini Pliers Set

WARNING:
To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read and understand the operator’s manual before using this product.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • There is a risk of product damage or injury. Do not use for any other purpose.
  • Do not use this product for tasks beyond its capacity.Do not exceed the maximum cutting capacity of the pliers. This can damage the tool and may cause injury.
  • Wear safety glasses or goggles, or a face shield (with safety glasses or goggles) and protective gloves when using this product.
  • Choose the proper pliers for the job, which are designed for a specific type, hardness, and size of material.
  • Always check that all mounting bolts and nuts are securely tightened before using. If any parts are missing, do not use this product until the missing parts are replaced. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product damage.
  • Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations when using pliers. Failure to do so can result in injury or damage to the tool.
  • Do not use pliers that have damaged or worn out jaws or handles.
  • Do not use pliers as hammers or pry bars.
  • Do not use pliers near flammable or explosive materials. Sparks or heat generated by the tool can ignite these materials.
  • Do not use grip handles for jobs requiring insulated handles. The grips do not protect against electric shock.
  • Do not modify or alter the pliers in any way. This can compromise their safety and effectiveness.

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE PLIERS SERIES:

  • Long Nose Pliers: A good choice for cutting, holding, bending, gripping, snip wire, and so on.
  • Diagonal Pliers: Ideal for cutting and skinning wires quickly and effectively.
  • Linesman Pliers: Intended for twisting or cutting wires, and clamping screws better
  • Groove Joint Pliers: Adjustable jaw capacity with different positions for better grasping and turning of round and irregular workpieces.
  • Adjustable Wrench: Used for automotive maintenance and repair, plumbing, and general assembly tasks.
  • Mini Long Nose Pliers: Mainly for straightening or bending wire into shape needed.
  • Mini Needle Pliers: Mainly for griping tiny objects or using in narrow place.
  • Mini Linesman Pliers: Mainly for bending, twisting and gripping wire and cutting less than 1.0 mm soft metal wires.
  • Mini Diagonal Pliers: Mainly for cutting soft metal wires or copper wires less than 1.0 mm.
  • Mini End Cutting Pliers: Mainly for pinching, cutting, putting an object.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION:

  • When gripping or cutting, position the pliers so that the force is applied to the strongest part of the tool, usually near the pivot point.
  • When cutting wires or cables, use the cutting edge near the pivot point for best results.
  • The handle of the pliers can only be held by hand, and other methods cannot be used to apply force (such as hitting with a hammer, clamping with a bench vise, etc.).

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE:

  1. Do not leave water or dirt on your tools, which are easy to cause them to rust. So when you have finished using your pliers, wipe them down with a clean towel, make sure they are clean and dry, and coat them with oil to prevent pliers from rusting.
  2. Regularly check whether all parts are in good condition. If any parts are damaged or worn, replace them immediately. Do not use a damaged or worn part, as it may break or malfunction during use.
  3. Store pliers in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing them to moisture or extreme temperatures.
