10’x12′ Louver Pergola Anchor Blueprint

  • Recommended Min. Anchor Block Size: 146.7 in.
  • Anchoring poles into concrete is strongly recommended. Ensure the gazebo is positioned on level ground.

Warnings and Cautions

  • Do not discard any of the packaging until you have checked that you have all the parts in place.
    The maximum weight capacity of this gazebo roof is 1700 pounds.

  • Please open the louvre top, refraining from any damage in storms, snow, or bad weather.

  • Some parts may have sharp edges or corners. To ensure your safety, follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of injury. Please note that this item contains small parts which children could swallow. Keep it out of reach of children under 3 years old and pets during installation.

Two or more people are required for assembly and disassembly
Do not fully tighten the screw before completing the assembly.

Attention: Before assembly, verify that all parts and pieces are included to ensure an efficient installation process.

Parts Required

Step 1:: Set up poles (Part AP) with stand plates (Part N,N1) using screws 1# as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Connect Beam (Part BS6, CS6) into one beam using Connector (Part T) with screw 5# as shown in the diagram. Then use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seam.\
Put the Gutter Connector (Part J) into the gutter, Then use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seams around (Part J) to avoid leaking.

Step 3: Fix the Fixture (Part Q) in the middle of the Beam Part (BS6, CS6) using screw 5#, as shown in the diagram.

Step 4: Connect Beam (Part ER5, DL5) into one beam using Connector (Part T) with screw 5# as shown in the diagram. Then use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seam.
Connect two Lever Bars using the Lever connector (Part J2) and screw 5#. Then put the Gutter Connector (Part J) into the gutter.

Step 5: Use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seams around (Part J) to avoid leaking.

Step 6: Connect Beam (Part FL5, GR5) into one beam using Connector (Part T) with screw 5#, as shown in the diagram. Then use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seam
Connect two Lever Bars using Lever connector (Part J2) and screw 5#, Then Put Gutter Connector (Part J) into the gutter.


Step 7: Use Silcone (Part S) to cover the seams around (Part J) in order to avoid leaking.

Step 8 Connect the Beam (Part MR5, ML5) into one beam using Connector (Part T1) withscrew 5# as shown in the diagram. Then use Silicone (Part S) to cover the seam.
Connect two Lever Bars using the Lever connector (Part J2) and screw 5#,  Then Put Gutter Connector (Part J1) into the gutter.

Step 9: Use Silcone (Part S) to cover the seams around (Part J1) in order to avoid leaking.

Step 10:

  1. Plug the Plastic Corner(Part P) into the Beam (Part ER5, DL5) as shown in the diagram.
  2. Use Screw 8# to connect Beam and Poles (Part AP) as shown in the diagram.

Step 11:

  1. Plug Plastic Corner(Part P) in to Beam (Part FL5,GR5) as shown in the diagram
  2. Use Screw 8# to connect Beam and Poles (Part AP) as shown in the diagram.

Step 12: Connect Beam (Part BS6, CS6) with Beam (Part DL5, ER5) and (Part FL5, GR5) as shown in the diagram.

Step 13: Connect Beam (Part BS6, CS6) with Beam (Part DL5, ER5) and (Part FL5,GR5) as shown in the diagram.

Step 14: Connect Beam (Part ML5,MR5) with Beam (Part BS6,CS6) as shown in the diagram.

Step 15

  • Combine Fixture (Part V2), Short lever (Part V1), Turbine (Part R), Fixture (Part R1) to
  • Long Lever (Part V), and Fixture (Part V3) into one lever using screw 7# and Nut 6#

Step 16: Fix the finished Lever bars onto Beam (Part BS6,CS6) using screw 1# as shown in the diagram

Step 17: Fix the finished Lever bars onto Beams using screw 2# as shown in the diagram

Step 18: Lock the top of Poles (Part AP) into Beams using screw 1# as shown in the diagram

Step 19:

  1. Put the Louver Boards (Part K1) on the top as shown in the diagram.
  2. Please place the boards K1 in the following sequence.

Step 20: Put the Louver Boards (Part K) on the top and use Screw 4# to secure them in place, as shown in the diagram

Step 21:

  • Hang on the Crank (Part L) on the Beam as shown in the diagram.
  • Then crank it to your desired open/close shade to enjoy your time.

Care and Warranty

  • Clean the frame components and fabric with a mild soap solution, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid using bleach, acid, or any other solvents on either the fabric or frame components.
  • The louvre boards, poles, bolts, and nuts come with a guarantee against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.   • For the best performance and safety of your gazebo, inspect and tighten all bolts and fasteners regularly
