Product Overview

AHMI 1901 and AHMI 1902 are two models of hand mixers by Arashi. Each model comes with the following parts:

Both models are rated at 190W and operate on AC 220 – 240V, 50/60Hz power supply.

How to Use

Manual Unit Operation

  1. Insert the Beaters or Dough Hooks into the unit and ensure they are securely locked in place (as shown in Figure 1).
  2. To prevent splashing or spillage, place the Beaters or Dough Hooks into the mixture before turning on the unit.

Mixer Speed Settings

Low Speed (Level 1)
“Use for initial mixing or at the end of the mixing process, for thin or light mixtures, to beat egg whites, or to mix flour. **** Medium Speed (Levels 2 & 3)
For consistent mixing processes.High Speed (Levels 4 & 5)
For whipping cake mixtures, doughs, and other dense mixtures. Also for achieving a smooth consistency.

Note
When using the high-speed settings, it’s recommended not to operate the mixer for more than 1 minute to prevent the motor from overheating.

Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical equipment, basic accident prevention actions must always be followed:

  4. Clean the Beaters or Dough Hooks with a soft sponge and mild detergent.
  5. To remove the stain, use a damp cloth on the stained area.
  6. Keep the unit dry after cleaning.

Service

  1. Do not use the unit if it’s not operating correctly, has been dropped, or damaged.
  2. If the appliance is not working, take it to the nearest Dealer or Service Center for inspection, repair, or adjustment.
