PRE-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

• This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
• The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
• All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.

DRIVER’S SIDE

ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING

NOTE
Please pay attention to the orientation of the driver’s side and passenger’s side.

REMOVING THE JOUNCE BUMPER AND PLACING THE ASSEMBLY ON THE AXLE

1. STEP1.
   Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame and the air spring assemblies can be put into position between the axle and frame.

2. STEP2.
   Unbolt and remove the jounce bumper from the frame.

3. STEP3.
   Remove the two ordinal 30 then install the Universal nut of the Air spring bag kit list ) into the frame.

4. STEP4.
   Attach the Upper mounting bracket A ( 0 of the Air spring bag kit list ) to the frame with bolts. And the slot hole in the middle goes to face toward inside the truck.

5. STEP5.
   Place the assembly on the axle with the legs of the lower bracket on either side of the axle.

INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET

1. Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and top mounting brackets without twisting

2. Push the axle up so that the Upper mounting bracket B ( 2) of the Air spring bag kit list) can be bolted to the previous bracket ( 1 of the Air spring bag kit list ).Then tighten the nuts.

INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET

1. STEP1.  Install the Fastening block ( 1 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the axle and Lower mounting bracket ( 2 of the Air spring bag kit list) with washers and lock nuts, then tighten the nuts.
   

2. STEP2. Install the Lower mounting bracket with U-bolt ( 9 of the Air spring bag kit list) to the leaf spring.

INSTALLING THE HEAT SHIELD (PASSENGER’S SIDE ONLY)

1. STEP1.
   Install the heat shield to the exhaust port where it is closest to the passenger’s side air spring.
   

INSTALLING THE AIR LINES

1. STEP1.
   Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull back and make sure it’s locked in place.
   

2. STEP2.
   Install the inflatable valve in a selected location, usually on the license plate at the rear of the vehicle.

CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS

Put some air into the air spring bag and then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.

INSTALLATION COMPLETED
