KIT CONTENT
PRODUCT INFORMATION
This lift kit can provide a 2-inch front and rear lift for your bike. after installing this kit, you can get more ground clearance and more room for larger tires.
INSTRUCTION
- Raise the front off ground; secure it with jack stands. Remove the front wheels.
- Remove the bottom of the front shocks from the shock mounts.
- Undo the bolt that connects the brake line near the shock mount. The included zip ties will be used to secure the brake line once the lift kit is installed.
- Insert the large spacer between the shock mounting tabs on the A-arm.
- Using a bolt connects the front lift bracket to the A-arm. Slide the bolt through the bracket and spacer between the shock mount tabs.
- Insert a MlOl.570-30 bolt through the top of the lift bracket, and then place a washer MlO on the bolt.
- Push the bolt through the shock eyelet and followed by another washer. Connect all together using another front lift bracket and 10mm locking nuts.
- Use the zip ties provided to secure the brake line to the control arm.
- Repeat the steps on the opposite side. Put the wheels on and tighten all bolts and nuts down to spec.
INSTRUCTION-REAR
- Place a jack under the center of the A TV, just forward of where the rear drive shaft connects to the engine, and lift until the weight is off the suspension. Make sure the A TV is stable on the jack.
- Remove the rear wheels.
- Unbolt the top shock bolt from the ATV.
- Unbolt the 2 sway bar hex bars from the ATV.
- Install two hex bars included in the kit first with factory bushing and bolts.
- Install the lift bracket on the shock mountings as pie shows. Note the left and right brackets are different. Install the shock into the lift bracket.
- Repeat the steps on the opposite side.
MAINTENANCE
Highly suggest drivers inspect the nuts and bolts for tightness regularly.
