AIR SPRING KIT

Product Usage Instructions
Pre-Installation Instruction:
This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle. Do not
exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is
recommended to ensure personal safety. All modifications must be installed by
qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification
regulations.
Assembling the Air Spring:
- Refer to the Air Spring Bag Kit List for the required components.
- Attach the Upper Mounting Bracket A to the frame using the provided Hex Bolts and tighten the nuts.
- Reinstall the shock that was previously removed.
- Place the assembly on the axle.
Removing the Jounce Bumper and Placing the Assembly on the Axle:
- Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands or equivalent.
- Unbolt the shock’s bolt and remove the spring.
- Remove the jounce bumper, cut the welds, and grind it down flat.
Installing the Upper Bracket:
- Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and top mounting brackets without twisting.
- Push the axle up so that the Upper Mounting Bracket B can be bolted to the previous bracket. Tighten the nuts.
Installing the Lower Bracket:
- Install the Driver’s Lower Mounting Bracket with washers andlock nuts. Tighten the nuts. Repeat the same process for the passenger’s side.
Installing the Heat Shield (Passenger’s Side Only):
- Install the heat shield to the exhaust port closest to the passenger’s side air spring.
- Note: Slide the air line protective sleeve over the air line near the exhaust port.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING
REMOVING THE JOUNCE BUMPER
REMOVING THE JOUNCE BUMPER AND PLACING THE ASSEMBLY ON THE AXLE
STEP 1.
Raise the vehicle and support it in a way, using safety stands or
equivalent, that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame. This will
need to be done in order for the air spring assemblies to be put into position
between the axle and frame.
STEP 2.
Unbolt the shock’s bolt and pull out.Then remove the spring.
STEP 3.
Remove the jounce bumper and cut the welds.Then grind it down flat.
STEP 4.
Attach the Upper mounting bracket A (1 of the Air spring bag kit list ) to
the frame. And make three marks at the small holes on the frame.
STEP 5.
Drill three small holes at the mark to install the upper mounting bracket to
the frame with Hex bolts (15 of the Air spring bag kit list ).Then tighten the
nuts.
STEP 6.
Set the spring to its original position and reinstall the shock that was
removed earlier.
STEP 7.
Place the assembly on the axle.
INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET
STEP 1.
Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and
top mounting brackets without twisting.
STEP 2.
Push the axle up so that the Upper mounting bracket B (2 of the Air spring bag
kit list ) can be bolted to the previous bracket (No.I of the Air spring bag
kit list).Then tighten the nuts.
INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET
STEP 1.
Install the Driver’s lower mounting bracket 3 of the Air spring bag kit list)
with washers and lock nuts, then tighten the nuts. The passenger side is the
same way.
INSTALLING THE HEAT SHIELD (PASSENGER’S SIDE ONLY)
STEP 1.
Install the heat shield to the exhaust port where it is closest to the passenger’s side air spring.
NOTE:
Must slide the air line protective sleeve over the air line near the exhaust
port.
INSTALLING THE AIRLINES
STEP 1.
Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull
back and make sure it’s locked in place.
STEP 2.
Install the inflatable valve in a selected location, usually on the license plate at the rear of the vehicle.
CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS
- Put some air into the air spring bag and then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.
