Step 1 Attach TV Brackets to TV
- 1 -1 Select TV Bolts
Hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to determine which bolt (M4, M6 or MS) to use.

Step 2 Mount the Arm Assembly /Wall Plate on the Wall
- Option A: For Wood Studs, follow
- Option B: For Solid Concrete or Brick Walls follow
Use a stud finder (not included) to locate wood studs, or use an awl (not included) to find the edges. Mark the edge and center positions. Position the wall plate template at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud centerline. Level the wall plate template and mark the holes.

Position the wall plate template at your desired height. Level the wall plate template and mark the holes. Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3″ (75mm). Never drill into the mortar between blocks or bricks.
Use a hammer to knock the anchors into the drilled holes. Ensure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface. Mount the arm assembly/wall plate on the wall using the lag screws and anchors. Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).
Step 3 Verify that the Mount is Firmly Mounted
Step 4 Secure Front Support Assembly to the Arm Assembly/Wall Plate
- 5-2 Hang the TV on the front support using the hooks on the brackets. Make sure the upper and lower hooks on the TV brackets flt over the front support bars.
- 5-3 Retighten the bolts [SJ to secure the TV in place .
Step 6 Adjust the Tilt Angle of the TV
Slightly loosen the tilting bolts [T]. Adjust TV to the desired angle, and then fully tighten the tilting bolts [T] again to lock the tilt angle.
Step 7 Level the TV
If needed, the TV can be levelled. Slightly loosen the leveling bolt [HJ. Level your TV. Retighten the leveling bolt [HJ to hold TV in place.

WARNING
- This product is designed for installation on wood stud, solid concrete, concrete block, and brick walls. DO NOT install on drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
- This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
Note for Wood Stud Installation
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Do not use wall anchors for this mounting option. Wall anchors are used for solid concrete, concrete block, and brick installations only.
- Minimum wood stud size: 1 1/2″ (W) × 3 1/2™ (D) (38 x 89mm).
- Note: If the wood studs are more than 16″ apart or don’t match your desired mounting position, you can securely attach two strong wood boards or an extension bracket (such as Universal TV Wall Plate Extension Bracket) to two studs and then mount the TV mount on that. Suggested wood board dimensions are length >16″ (>406mm), width 4″ (102mm), and thickness 2″ (51mm). Note for Solid Concrete, Concrete Block, or Brick Walls Installation
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Mount the arm assembly/wall plate directly on the concrete surface.
- Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8™ (203mm).
- Minimum concrete block size: 8″ x 8″ x 16″ (203 x 203 x 406mm).
- Never drill into the mortar between blocks or bricks.
FAQs
Question 1 The stud spacing is greater than what the TV wall mount was
designed for or you can not center the TV wall mount in your desired location.
Answer
Board size: Thickness: about 2″ (51 mm), Width: about 4″ (102mm). The wood boards/studs must be capable of holding the weight of the TV plus the TV wall mount.
- Step 1: Secure 2″ x 4″ wood boards horizontally on the wall to the vertical studs.

- Step 2: Attach the TV wall mount to the 2″ x 4″ wood boards.

Question 2 How to determine the best height when mounting the TV?

Question 3 Why is it so hard to adjust the swivel angle of the wall
mount?
Answer 1) : You must attach the TV to the wall mount/arm assembly before
adjustment. Only move the TV by gripping the left and/or right TV edges to
swivel, push, or pull. Do not press on the screen itself.
Answers (2): Add machine oil (not included) to penetrate the joints of
the arm.
Question 4 How to raise/lower the TV if the TV wall mount is fixed on the
wall?
Answer:
- Step 1 Remove the TV from the wall mount.
- Step 2 Remove the bolts that secure the TV brackets to the TV.
- Step 3 Adjust the TV brackets up or down (See diagram below).
- Step 4 Re-attach the bolts to secure the TV brackets.
- Step 5 Hang the TV on the wall mount.
- If you need to raise the TV by a few inches, you can choose the upper holes of TV brackets to install the TV VESA hole.
- If you want to lower the TV by a few inches, you can use the lower holes of TV brackets to install the VESA hole.
