Choose the Combination that Fits Your VESA Hole Pattern

NOTE: Please DO NOT fully tighten the bolts [GJ and nuts [HJ until Step 2 is finished. The side with a bump on the extender brackets should connect with the faceplate.

Attach the Faceplate or Faceplate with Extender Brackets to TV

Select TV Bolts

Hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to determine which bolt (M4, M6 or MS) to use. A minimum of 4-5 turns into the threading is required. Do not turn past the bottom of the hole.

Secure the Faceplate or Faceplate with Extender Brackets to Your TV

Secure the Faceplate

Option A : For Flat Back TVs Add spacers if needed to flat the bolt length and TV back.

Option B : For Curved TVs
Spacers must be tall enough so that the curved back of the TV does not interfere with the mounting plate.

Option C: For TVs with a Bump
The faceplate must be flush on the bump and leveled by spacers on the gap.

Option D : For TVs with Protruding Cables
Use spacers [C2] , [82] or [83] to create extra space between the TV and faceplate.

Option E : For TVs with Recessed Holes
Spacers [C2] , [B2] or [B3] need to fill in the recessed holes on the back of the TV, while keeping the faceplate as close to the TV as possible.

When you finish securing the TV bolts into the TV, please remember to tighten the nuts [H].

Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall

Option A : For Wood Studs, follow Page 17-18.
Option B : For Solid Concrete or Brick Walls, follow Page 19-20

Use a stud finder (NOT included) to locate wood studs or use an awl (NOT included) to verify the edges. Mark the edge and center locations. Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01 B] at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the holes.

Mount

Drill 3 pilot holes using a 5/32″ (4mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is NOT less than
2 3/4″ (70mm). Install the arm assembly/ wall plate [018] using the lag screws [A1]. Tighten
the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate.

Position the arm assembly / wall plate [01 B] at your desired height. Level the wall plate and
mark the pilot hole locations. Drill 3 pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make
sure the depth is NOT less than 3″ (75mm). NEVER drill into the mortar between the blocks.

Mount

Use the hammer to knock the anchors [A2l into the wall. Be sure the anchors are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface.
Install the arm assembly / wall plate [01 Bl using the lag screws [A 1 l. Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate.
DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws.

Verify the Mount is Firmly Mounted on the Wall

Secure the TV onto the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate [01 B]

5-1 Using a Phillips screwdriver to remove the bolt [S1] and washer [S2] from the faceplate [01A]. Keep them for use in Step 5-3. 5-2.
Hang the TV to the arm assembly / wall plate [01 B], making sure the upper bolt fits into the groove on the arm assembly / wall plate [01 B].

5-3 Tighten the bolt [S1] and washer [S2] to secure the TV to the arm assembly / wall plate [01 B]. 5-4 Tighten the top nut.


Adjust the Tilt Angle of the TV

Slightly loosen the tilt nuts [T]. Adjust TV to the desired angle, then fully tighten the nuts [T] again to lock the tilt angle.

Adjust the Leveling of the TV

Slightly loosen the bolt [S1 ]. Level the TV, then retighten the bolt to hold the TV in position.

  • Do not use this product for any purpose that is NOT explicitly specified in this manual.
    Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, improper mounting, or inappropriate use.

WARNING

  • This product is designed for installation on wood stud, solid concrete, concrete block, and brick walls. DO NOT install on drywall alone.
  • The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
  • This product contains small parts that could pose a choking hazard.

Note for Wood Stud Installation (Page 17-18)

  • Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).
    Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.

  • Do not use wall anchors for this mounting option. Wall anchors are used for solid concrete, concrete block, and brick installations only.

  • Minimum wood stud size: 1 1 /2″ x 3 1 /2″ (38 x 89mm).

Note for Solid Concrete, Concrete Block, or Brick Walls Installation (Page 19-20)

  • Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten).
    Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.

  • Mount the arm assembly / wall plate directly on the concrete surface.

  • Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8″ (203mm).

  • Minimum concrete block size: 8″ x 8″ x 16″ (203 x 203 x 406mm).

  • Never drill into the mortar between blocks or bricks.

FAQ

Question: Why is it so hard to adjust the swivel angle of the wall mount?

Answer ➀ : You must attach the TV to the wall mount / arm assembly before adjustment. Only move the TV by gripping the left and / or right TV edges to swivel, push, or pull. Do not press on the screen itself.
