- Do not use this product for any purpose that is NOT explicitly specified in this manual.
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity. We are not liable for damage or
injury caused by incorrect assembly, improper mounting, or inappropriate use.
WARNING
- This product is designed for use in 16” (406mm) wood studs, solid concrete, concrete block, and brick walls. DO NOT install in drywall alone.
- The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
- This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
Note for Wood Stud Installation (Page 10)
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the ceiling plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Do not use the anchors for ceilng joist installation. The anchors are used for solid concrete ceiling installation only.
- Nominal ceiling joist size: 2 x 8” (51 x 203mm)
- Drill on the center location of the ceiling joist. Never drill into the edge of the ceiling joist.
Note for Solid Concrete, Concrete Block, or Brick Walls Installation (Page 11)
- Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the ceiling plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
- Mount the ceiling plate directly on the concrete surface without any covering.
- The thickness of the ceiling must exceed 5 1/2” (140mm).

Supplied Parts and Hardware
Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to the TV
1-1 Select TV Bolts Hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of
your TV to determine which bolt (M4, M6 or M8) to use. A minimum of 4-5 turns
into the threading is required. Do not turn past the bottom of the hole.
1-2 Spacer and Bolt Configurations 1-3 Secure the TV Brackets to Your TV
Option
A Option A:
For Flat Back TVs
Add spacers if needed to fit the bolt length and TV back.
Option B Option B: For Curved Back TVs
Spacers must be tall enough so that the curved back of the TV does not
interfere with the mounting plate.
Option C Option C: For TVs with a Bump
The TV brackets must be flush on the bump and leveled by spacers on the gap.
Option D Option D: For TVs with Protruding Cables
Use spacers to create extra space between the TV and TV brackets.
Option E
Option E: For TVs with Recessed Holes
Spacers need to fill in the recessed holes on the back of the TV, while
keeping the TV brackets as close to the TV as possible.
Step 2 Secure the Ceiling Plate to the Upper Pole
Mounting Choice 1
(Lock the Vertical Angle, Suitable for Level Ceilings) Mounting Choice 2:
(Suitable for Non-level Ceilings)First, aligh the center holes in the ceiling plate [02]
with the holes in the upper pole [01]. Hold nuts [c] with the supplied wrench
[A4] while using an Allen key [A3] to tighten bolts [d]. Then attach bolts [a]
and washers [b].
Step 3 Attach the Upper Pole with Ceiling Plate to the Ceiling
Option A : For Ceiling Joist, follow Page 11.
Option B: For Solid Concrete Ceiling, follow Page 12.Use a stud finder to locate
ceiling joists or use an awl to find the edges. Mark the edge and center
locations. Position the ceiling plate at your desired position and mark the
holes.Drill
four pilot holes using a 7/32″ (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth
is not less than 2 3/4” (70mm). Drill on the center location of the ceiling
joist. Never drill into the edge of the ceiling joist. Mount the ceiling plate
on the ceiling using the lag screws [A1]. Tighten the lag screws [A1] only
until they are pulled firmly against the ceiling plate (DO NOT overtighten).
Position
the ceiling plate at your desired position and mark the holes. Drill four
pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not
less than 3 (75mm). Use the hammer to tap anchors [A2] into the drilled holes.
Ensure the anchors [A2] are seated flush with the concrete surface. Mount the
ceiling plate on the ceiling using the lag screws [A1] and anchors [A2].
Tighten the lag screws [A1] only until they are pulled firmly against the
ceiling plate (DO NOT overtighten).
Step 4 Verify the Mount is Firmly Mounted
Step 5 Secure the Lower Pole to the Upper Pole
Slide the TV plate [07] onto the lower pole [08] and secure with bolt [G]. Align the holes in the lower pole [08] with the holes in the upper pole [01]. Height adjustments can be worked by selecting different holes in the lower pole [08]. Attach the poles together at your desired height using bolts [d] and nuts [c]. Hold nuts [c] with the supplied wrench [A4] while using an Allen key [A3] to tighten bolts [d].
Step 6 Hang the TV on the TV Plate
Slightly loosen the pre-assembled bolts [K] until both bolts [K] are seated flush with the plate.Hang the TV on the TV plate. Retighten bolts [K] on the safety locks until they are pulled firmly against the TV plate.
Step 7 Adjustments
Adjustment for Non-Level Ceilings
Slightly
loosen bolts [a] with the Allen key [A3]. Adjust the mount until it hangs down
vertically. Tighten bolts [a] to secure the TV in place. (NOTE: DO NOT loosen
the bolt [d]).
Swivel Adjustment for TV
Slightly
loosen bolt [G]. Adjust the TV to your desired position. Tighten bolt [G] to
lock the swivel angle.
Level Adjustment for TV Slightly loosen the four pre-assembled nuts [b1] with
wrench [A4]. Adjust the TV to your desired position. Tighten nuts [b1] to lock
the level angle.
Tilt Adjustment for TV Slightly loosen the two upper pre-assembled nuts [T] with
wrench [Ad]. Adjust the TV to your desired position. Tighten nuts [T] to
secure the tilt angle in place.
Step 8 Route the Cables along with Pole
NOTE: To prevent excess stress on connectors and cables, leave some slack in the cables during ! the routing of cables. Always check connections and cables for stress and possible mechanical damage when rotating the TV.
