Safety Precautions
- Please strictly follow the instructions in this user manual before use to avoid improper use and prevent injuries.
- Check whether the pull-up bar and door frame are in good condition before use. If there is any damage, we recommend you find a solid door frame or replace your pull-up bar based on your needs.
- Before each use, always confirm whether the pull-up bar is well and firmly installed and place anti-falling cushions on the ground to prevent injuries.
- For children and the elderly, please use this pull-up bar under the supervision of a guardian.
- Always be careful of the cracks on the wooden door frame or wall surface that is easy to peel off. Do not install the pull-up bar around there to avoid any injury to you and your family and damage to your surroundings.
- Make sure to install the pull-up bar on a surface that is safe and with higher friction.

Installation Instructions

The Sportneer Pull-Up Bar is suitable for door frames ranging from 29.5″~37″ (74.9cm~94cm), with a maximum static load of 440 Ib (200kg) whenitis firmly installed.

The Sportneer Pull-Up Bar can be firmly installed without any screws or holes. If the installation is not secure, please attempt to reinstall it or contact our customer service team (support@sportneer.com) for assistance.

Before installation, ensure that the door frame or wall i strong, reliable, and capable of bearing weight. Keep the installation surface clean and flat.
The Sportneer pull-up bar can be installed on solid concrete walls, solid wood, concrete, and metal door frames. Do not install this pull-up bar on thetile, glass, smooth stainless steel objects, or objects without non-solid structure. -
The arrows on the fixed heads and the middle rod display the bar’s corresponding direction of extension and retraction.

If you see on the inner tube when you are extending the fixed heads, it indicates that the length s too long and unsafe to use. Please stop extending the fixed heads and retract the bar until the safety symbol is covered.

How to Use
Step 1: Make sure that the installation position is firm and measure the installation distance.
Step 2: Open the fixed lock, rotate the fixed heads at both ends, and extend the horizontal bar until both ends are against the door frame or wall.
Step 3: Adjust the height of the fixed heads on both sides until the spirit
level is centered, and then rotate the middle rod to extend the two ends until
the middle rod cannot be rotated.
Note: Please make sure that the middle rod cannot be rotated in the
direction of the rotation arrow. This is the most critical in ensuring the bar
is firm.
Step 4: Pull the horizontal bar hard to confirm that the bar is secure. If the horizontal bar shakes or moves, please repeat the Step 3. After confirming that the bar is secure, lock the fixed lock on both sides.

The warranty period of this product is 12 months. From the date of purchase,
you’ll enjoy free warranty service within the warranty period with valid
documents
Note: Wear due to appearance and mechanical operation is not covered by
the warranty.
