In arder to ensure your safety and enjoyable experience, please read this user
manual carefully before use and keep it on hand for future reference:
safety Cautions
Risk of injury! Please read the user manual carefully and follow the steps before installation.
- Do not bear oad aver 20kg/44lbs! Overload may lead to personal injuries and product damages.
- Do not install the repair stand on a hollow brick wall, plaster wall or other hollow walls. You’d better mount the stand on asolid brick wall or thick wood pile.
- The clamping diameter is 1″ -1.6″ (25mm-40mm). Do not use the stand for a bike whose frame is larger than 16″ /40mm
- Do not use the repair stand in humid places or places with high salinity to avoid rusting and shortening its ifespan.
- To avoid any damage, do not place the stand in high temperature environment for a long time.
- Check allthe parts of repair stand. You must screw tight the loose screws and replace any defective part before operation to avoid damages.
- Make sure the internal hex socket screws and drywall anchors are secured tightly.
- Do not ride your bike when it is mounted on the repair stand,
- T0 avoid damaging your bike, do not squeeze the tubes or cables with the clamp.
- Due to strong fixation of the clamp screw, do not screw it tootightly when using the repair stand for carbon fioer or thin aluminum frames to avoid damaging the frames.
- Make sure to keep a good balance when using the stand for bike repairing or maintenance.
- Do not allow kids to climb or play near the repair stand to avoid potential dangers,
Product Applications
For a solid cement or brick wall

Place the steel base on your desired mounting position and mark 5 drilling holes with a pencil. Then drill these holes with a6mm driller

Punch 5 drywall anchors in the driling holes with a handy tool and make sure they are stably fixed. Then mount the steel base on the wall with screws.

Insert the wall mount repair stand into the steel base.
For awood pile

Place the steel base on your desired mounting position of woad pile and mark 5 holes with a pencil

Punch S screws into the marked holes with a handy tool and make sure they are stably fixed.

Insert the wall mount repair stand into the steel base.
For a plaster wall or other hollow walls
For your safety, do not mount the repair stand on a plaster wall or other
hollow walls.
Installation Instruction

Rotate the QR clamp lever of the clamp jaw to increase/ decrease the clamp jaw size (can be adjusted to 25mm ~40mm) for different bike frames.

Install your bike on the repair stand. Pull the handle on the top of clamp jaw toward its opening direction and secure your bike frame on the stand tightly through the knob under the clamp jaw. It’s suggested to install your bike via the round pipe under the seat. Note: You should clamp on the round pipe under the bike seat (seat post) when installing a bike with carbon fiber or thin aluminum frames.

Release the QR clamp lever close to the steel base, rotate the round pipe to adjust your bike to a proper angle, and then lock this QR clamp lever.

Mount one end of the retractable flop stop handlebar holder onthe repair stand and rotate the knob of handlebar holder to adjust its length to a proper length, and then mount the other end on your bike’s handlebar. This wil stabilize your bike for easier repair.
