How to Assemble

  1. Unfold the trainer

  2. Install the resistance wheel
    2-1 Place the resistance wheel as picture showed, Insert the screw into the hole.| 2-2 Screw the gasket and nut.| 2-3 Use two wrenches to tighten the screws respectively.

2-4 Rotate the metal cylinder to locate the hole of resistance wheel and then insert the knob into this hole correctly.

How to Use

  1. Unfold the bike trainer that has been assembled and place it on a flat place.

  2. Rotate the anti slip rubber feet for unshakable balance on uneven flooring.

  3. Detach the axle of your bicycle’s back wheel, replace the axle with the quick release.
    Note : Do not detach the rear wheel axle if your bike has a bolt axle

  4. Twist the knob to loosen or tighten and make the width be suitable for the bicycle rear axle.

  5. Mount the bicycle.
    5-1 Rotate the pressure adjustment knob of the resistance wheel to
    loosen the roller.| 5-2 Line up the left side of bicycle’s rear axle with the notches on the left side of the stand. Center your bicycle in the middle of the resistance wheel.

    5-3 Press down the lever clamp on the side of the stand to secure
    the bicycle.| 5-4 Twist the black plastic knob tighten to lock metal knob.

  6. Place the wheel pad underneath your front wheel.

  7. Place the resistance controller on your handlebars and twist the knob to secure.

  8. Adjust the resistance wheel until it makes contact with the tire. The resistance wheel should be tight enough to provide resistance but loose enough to allow movement.

How to Adjust Resistance of Your Trainer Stand

  1. Before riding, make sure your tires are properly inflated.
  2. Make sure the resistance wheel contacts with the tire.(The resistance wheel should be tight enough to provide resistance but loose enough to allow movement.)
  3. Twist the dial on the resistance controller to switch resistance when cycling. Setting 1 provides the least resistance and setting 8 provides the most.

Removing Your Bicycle

  1. Remove the resistance controller and the connecting cable.

  2. Pull up the lever clamp.

  3. Remove your bike from the trainer stand. Hold your bicycle by the frame to prevent It from falling down.

  4. Fold the stand and store it in the original packaging.
    Notice: Be careful not to pinch your fingers when folding the stand. Do not place anything on the stand. Excessive weight will cause damage.

Warnings

  • Do not use the bicycle trainer stand on the uneven ground.
  • Do not slam on the breaks when using the trainer stand. This places undue stress on the resistance wheel and on the bicycle tires.
  • Make sure your bicycle is securely fastened before use.
  • Do not touch your tires while riding.
  • Make sure your tires are properly inflated.
  • Do not let go of the handlebars while riding.
  • Warm up before exercising to prevent injury.
  • Keep the trainer stand away from pets and young children.

Troubleshooting

How can I reduce noise when riding?

  • Change to unstriped slicks to eliminate shaking.
  • Place the stand on a blanket or mat.
  • Replace rear tire with home trainer noise reduction tire.

Why doesn’t the resistance change when I turn the dial?

  • The resistance wheel may be too loose. Tighten the nut in the resistance wheel to increase tension.
  • Resistance increases gradually. Wait for a few seconds for the resistance wheel to tighten.

    In principle, any physically healthy person — whether young or old — can begin training.

  4. Tips for successful & healthy training
    • Make sure to wear appropriate clothing while training (e.g. a tracksuit). It is important that your clothing is comfortable and breathable.
    • Never train on a full stomach.
    • Do not train when you are already tired or exhausted.
    • Please always ensure to remain sufficiently hydrated when doing sport. Please ensure to stay sufficiently hydrated.

  5. Warning
    • Please be aware of any physical symptoms. Stop training immediately if you feel weak or dizzy. Should you experience nausea, chest or joint pains, palpitations or other symptoms, please contact your GP immediately.
    • Start your training session slowly. You should not begin your own training too abruptly. Before beginning with your actual training exercises, you should first do some slow-paced warm-up exercises with minimal physical effort. Finally, you should do a few cool-down exercises.
    • The body, in particular the heart and circulatory system, requires a little time to adjust to the changes that result from training. Therefore, It is particularly important that you should start your training with a low level of exertion before slowly building up. Please make sure to take breaks both during and after training. Start your training at a speed that you feel is pleasant. When training regularly, you can increase your training duration or adjust the resistance level on the indoor bike trainer.

Clean & Maintenance

  • Do not use any aggressive, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning detergents.
  • Never use pressure washer.
  • Never use aggressive or solvent-based cleaning agents, metallic sponges or coarse brushes.
  • No moisture should be allowed to penetrate the drive roller. If moisture penetrates the resistance roller, please stop using It.
  • Clean the indoor bike trainer with a dry, soft cloth. Please only use a slightly moist cloth to remove stubborn dirt deposits. Let the indoor bike trainer dry completely before reusing it.
  • Do not use the indoor bike trainer if its proper functioning cannot be guaranteed. Even minor damage and contamination (e.g. grease deposits on the resistance roller) can cause injury or accidents.
  • Do not make any changes or repairs to any defective parts on the indoor bike trainer by yourselves. If the indoor bike trainer has been damaged, please stop using it.

Note:

Check the function of the indoor bike trainer before each use. Check the following points:

  • The indoor bike trainer is positioned on an even surface and Is both correctly and securely set up.
  • All screws are tightly fastened.
  • The entire indoor bike trainer is free from damage, stains or cracks.
  • The bike has been securely assembled and cannot come loose from the rear wheel support.

Warranty

Free maintain won’t be given under the following circumstance.

  • Damage caused by failing to install or use according to instructions.
  • Damage caused by man or force majeure.
  • Damage caused by dismantlemovement of a non-our-company authorized maintainer.
  • Scratches, aging and fading under normal use are not concerned.
