Precautions
- Make sure the stand is stable before use.
- Do not use strong force to lengthen the extension tube. Doing so may cause damage to the product.
- Though bikes may be mounted by the seat post or the frame, mounting the bike by the seat post is recommended.
- Only mount bicycles with carbon or other light frames by seat post. Do not mount them by the frame.
- The tool tray of the bike repair stand comes with threaded mounting holes. You can install it directly on the metal plate without additional nuts.
Assembly

Unlock the leg QR clamp lever on the post and fully extend the legs. Then lock the leg QR clamp lever

Insert the tension bolt (with QR clamp lever) into the round corner of the ceiling top.
Secure the bolt tightly with a nut. -
Attach the bicycle mount to the ceiling top. Make sure to place the mount in the direction of the stand’s legs.

Screw the bicycle mount tightly on the stand using the included screws and hex key.

Adjust the tension bolt and lock the QR clamp lever. Make sure the bicycle mount is tightly secured.

Place the metal holder on the back of the tool tray. Align the grooves on the metal fixing plate with the holder. Align the mounting holes with the holes on the tool tray, and tighten them the screws (there are threads on the metal fixing plate; no extra screw nut is required).

Hook the tool tray onto the stand post

To adjust the height of stand, unlock the QR clamp lever (tightly close to the silver extension tube) on the post and lift the extension tube. When the desired height is reached, lower the QR clamp lever to lock the extension tube.

Rotate the control knob of the clamp jaw to increase/decrease the clamp jaw size for different bike frames.

Lift the tail button of the bicycle mount, then you can adjust the angle of the clamp jaw.
Lower the tail control knob to lock the clamp jaw into position. -
Attach the included flop stop to the frame of the bicycle mount and your bike’s handlebar.
This will stabilize your bicycle for easier repair.
Storage
- Remove the flop stop, bicycle and tool tray from the repair stand.
- Unlock the QR clamp lever on the ceiling top and fold the bicycle mount. For better next use, do not remove the screws, nuts, or tension bolt
- Fold two legs.
- Store the stand in its original box
