Thanks for choosing the Sportier Indoor Bike Trainer. Please read this user manual carefully before use and keep this for future reference.
Safety Precautions
- Persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or those with a lack of experience or knowledge (e.g. children) should not use this indoor bike trainer, unless they are supervised or if they have been informed about using it safely and understand the relevant risks of use. Children must not play with the indoor bike trainer or any of its parts. Children may not service or clean the product without adult supervision
- Do not touch the resistance roller during or after training as this can become very hot. Risk of burns!
- Keep children and animals away from the indoor bike trainer at all times.
- Do not leave the indoor bike trainer unattended during its operation
- Do not let children play with the packaging material for children may potentially trap themselves in it during play, which can lead to suffocation.
- Please ensure that children do not place the small parts in their mouths.
- Before every use, make sure to check all parts for wear and to ensure that they are correctly fitted and secured. Please pay particular attention to ensuring that the bike is correctly assembled, and that the rear wheel axle is securely fitted on the indoor bike trainer.
- Please consult your doctor before using the indoor bike trainer. Pregnant women should be particularly careful
- Please ensure to use the indoor bike trainer in a well-ventilated environmentally
- Make sure that nobody can injure themselves on any protruding parts.
- Please ensure that the indoor bike trainer is positioned securely.
- Only train on a firm, even and non-slip surface. Adjust the indoor bike trainer as required when using the adjustable stand feet.
- Should you experience pain, nausea, dizziness, weakness or chest pains, please terminate your training immediately and consult your GP.
- The maximum weight capacity of the indoor bike trainer is 120 kg including the weight of the bike. Add your bodyweight and the weight of the assembled bike together. Never exceed the maximum weight capacity of the indoor bike trainer. Otherwise injuries or material damage may occur.
- Check the indoor bike trainer regularly for damage and wear (e.g. connecting points, pedals, etc.). Otherwise it’ll lead potential insecurity.
- The space created to use the indoor bike trainer must be at least 0.6 m larger that the exercise area (see Fig. A). This space must include an emergency descent area. If the training units are to be set up in close proximity, they can occupy a shared space.
- Please ensure that the bike is appropriate for your physical size (e.g. the saddle height is correctly set)
- If you are uncertain whether the rear wheel axle of your bike can be securely clamped in place in the quick clamp device of the indoor bike trainer, please make sure in any case to assemble the rear wheel axle with the included clamping lever
- Do not exert excessive or a lot of pressure on the quick clamping lever. If the quick clamping lever can only be pushed down with great difficulty, please ensure to loosen the tightening screw a little bit first.
- It is recommended to use a bike with slick tyros
- The bicycle Tyre must be fully pumped. The maximum permissible pressure is listed on the side of the Tyre. Do not exceed the maximum stated pressure.

Please be careful when opening the packaging. Check that all parts are
included and that the indoor bike trainer has no sign of damage. If not, do
not use the indoor bike trainer. Contact the manufacturer at the service
address provided on the warranty card

How to Assemble

Screw out the L-shaped linkage pillar from the Tyre pressure regulator.
Do not take out the other parts on the L-type linkage pillar. -
Insert the shorter end of the L-type linkage pillar into the linking hole of the bike trainer.

Install the longer end of the L-type linkage pillar in the hole under the resistance unit.

Screw on the knob on the Tyre pressure regulator.

Screw out the nut from the screw for the resistance unit, take out one gasket, push another gasket to the end of the screw, insert the screw for the resistance unit into the hole, put back the gasket that has been taken out and then screw the nut tightly.

Use two wrenches to tighten the screws respectively and the installation is done.
How to Use
- Unfold the bike trainer that has been assembled and place it on a flat surface.
- Detach the axel of your bicycle’s back wheel replace the axle with the included quick release lever.
- Place the rear wheel on the bike trainer, tighten the bolts on each side, and screw the lock knob
- Rotate the Tyre pressure regulator knob. Please rotate the knob twice after the bike Tyre touches the drive roller.
- Place the front wheel block under the front wheel.
Note:
- For best results, the bicycle Tyre must be fully pumped. To reduce vibration during training, slick Tyre is recommended
- To avoid Tyre wear, it is recommended that the bike tires do not touch the drive roller of the bike trainer when not in use.

Who can train?
In principle, any physically healthy person — whether young or old — can begin training. -
Tips for successful & healthy training
• Make sure to wear appropriate clothing while training (e.g. a tracksuit).
Itis important that your clothing is comfortable and breathable.
• Never train on a full stomach
• Do not train when you are already tired or exhausted.
• Please always ensure to remain sufficiently hydrated when doing sport.
Please ensure to stay sufficiently hydrated -
Warning
• Please be aware of any physical symptoms. Stop training immediately if you feel weak or dizzy. Should you experience nausea, chest or joint pains, palpitations or other symptoms, please contact your GP immediately.
• Start your training session slowly. You should not begin your own training too abruptly. Before beginning with your actual training exercises, you should first do some slow-paced warm-up exercises with minimal physical effort. Finally, you should do a few cool-down exercises.
• The body, in particular the heart and circulatory system, requires a little time to adjust to the changes that result from training. Therefore, it is particularly important that you should start your training with a low level of exertion before slowly building up. Please make sure to take breaks both during and after training. Start your training at a speed that you feel is pleasant. When training regularly, you can increase your training duration or adjust the resistance level on the indoor bike trainer.
Clean & Maintenance
- Do not use any aggressive, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning detergents
- Never use pressure washer.
- Never use aggressive or solvent-based cleaning agents, metallic sponges or coarse brushes.
- No moisture should be allowed to penetrate the drive roller. If moisture penetrates the resistance roller, please stop using it
- Clean the indoor bike trainer with a dry, soft cloth. Please only use a slightly moist cloth to remove stubborn dirt deposits. Make sure the indoor bike trainer is completely dry before reusing it.
- Do not use the indoor bike trainer if its proper functioning cannot be guaranteed. Even minor damage and contamination (e.g. grease deposits on the resistance roller) can cause injury or accidents
- Do not make any changes or repairs to any defective parts on the indoor bike trainer by yourselves. If the indoor bike trainer has been damaged, please stop using it
Note:
Check the function of the indoor bike trainer before each use. Check the
following points:
- The indoor bike trainer is positioned on an even surface and is both correctly and securely set up.
- All screws are tightly fastened.
- The entire indoor bike trainer is free from damage, stains or cracks.
- The bike has been securely assembled and cannot come loose from the rear wheel support
Storage
- Before putting the indoor bike trainer in storage, clean it and dry it completely.
- Store the indoor bike trainer in a dry and well-ventilated place
- Protect the indoor bike trainer from frost and direct sunlight.
- Store the indoor bike trainer away from children.
Disposal Instruction
In accordance with current legislation, the indoor bike trainer and all packaging components can be disposed of by an authorized waste disposal firm or the local authority responsible for waste disposal. The staff at your local waste disposal site will inform you on request about options for proper environmentally friendly disposal
Free Maintain Instruction
Free maintain won’t be given under the following circumstance.
- Damage caused by failing to install or use according to instructions
- Damage caused by man or force majeure.
- Damage caused by dismantle movement of a non-our-company authorized maintainer.
- Scratches, aging and fading under normal use are not concerned
