Safety Recommendations
Using the inline skates requires mastering certain skills by children to avoid
falls, collisions, and injuries. As the child learns these skills, it is
recommended they be under the close supervision of an adult, and it is
important the child never be left alone.
Always mind your environment and ride in a safe place where your child can
adjust and improve their skills. Avoid riding on busy streets, main roads,
hilly or wet areas, and around stairs, and observe traffic rules when riding.
Cleaning and maintenance
Check the self-locking nuts and other self-locking devices regularly because they can lose their effectiveness.
- Regularly check the self-locking devices on the skates to ensure their effectiveness.
- Remove rocks or sharp debris that may have become lodged in the skate after each use.
- Do not leave the skates exposed to extreme heat, rain, or snow for long periods, and store the skates in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses.
- Clean the skates with a wet cloth and avoid using cleaning materials that could be corrosive.
- Regular maintenance of your skates will ensure the skates’ longevity and keep your child safe.
- The bearings that are fixed to wheels require little to no maintenance. To maintain the wheel bearings, clean with a dry cloth and oil the bearings every two to three months to keep them lubricated; this will ensure the wheels spin smoothly while riding
- If the inner skate sleeve has gotten damp or wet during riding, remove the sleeve and dry it. To clean the skate sleeve, it’s suggested to wash the sleeve by hand in cool water to prevent bacteria growth.
- If you experience any issues with the wheels or wheel bearings, please get in touch with your sales agent for warranty information.
- Clean the protector with a wet cloth and avoid using cleaning materials that could be corrosive.
- Protective equipment should NOT be stored in direct sunlight and damp environments.
