PRESENTATION
- 1 elastomer syringe, 2 plastic tips,
- 1 cleaning brush and 2 auxiliary pieces.
DESCRIPTION:
The Iniector for elastomer is used to facilitate the handling and application
of the elastomer, in order to avoid the forming of bubbles.
INDICATION:
Indicated for application of the elastomer.
COMPOSITION:
Polypropylene, polyacetal and pigments.
CLEANING AND STERILIZATION PROCEDURE
- After each use, remove the excess material and wash abundantly with soap and water;
- Rinse in running water and note the presence of residue, repeating the process or removing it manually:
- Application nozzles: For sterilization of the nozzle in autoclave, after the cleaning, autoclave it at a temperature of 121 °C to 135 °C (250 °F to 275 °F) as per the recommendations of the autoclave manufacturer;
- The nozzle for application of the Injector has validity of 50 cycles of sterilization. Only the application nozzle is autoclavable, the other parts having to undergo the procedure of cleaning and disinfection;
- Applicator and auxiliary parts:For the disinfection procedure, use peracetic acid solution 0.2%. Rinse well in running water and store in a closed container.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
- First, execute the cleaning procedure of the Injector and its parts as specified;
- Fit the auxiliary ring in the iniector tube;
- Place the elastomer in the fitted ring and insert in the tube pushing it with the other auxiliary part;
- With the elastomer completely inside the injector tube, remove the ring and replace it by the plunger;
- Apply the elastomer executing the molding process.
WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS:
Restricted use of professionals specialized in dentistry, as per local legislation.
Follow strictly the procedures provided in the mode of use.
- Only use the product after applying the cleaning procedure.
- Do not use the nozzle for application after the maximum quantity of cycles allowed.
- Do not submit the non-autoclavable parts to high temperatures.
- Do not use the product outside the validity term.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS:
Do not use in patients with sensitivity to the product or any of its components.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Temperature up to 30 °C.
DISPOSAL:
Dispose of the product in accordance with the local legislation, ensuring its
complete destruction in order to prevent its reuse and environmental damage.
