Read through the entire manual before assembly.
After installation, please store the instruction manual for future reference.

Installtion Instruction

  1. Prepare the installation kit

  2. Remove the shipping brackets.

  3. Measure the distance between the mounting points. There are 3 or more connection points, depending on the size of the screen.

  4. Drill Holes into the ceiling based on the measurements from step 3. Install the mounting hooks, cables, or chains. Always ensure the screen is mounted to a solid material such as wood, concrete, or steel

  5. Attach the screen to the installed mounting hooks, cables, or chains. Ensure it is straight and level.

  6. Connect to the power

  7. Adjust the screen limits using the remote control. The UP limit is already set by the factory, the user only needs to set the DOWN limit.

  8. Down Limit Setting

    • Press the DOWN button to roll the screen down. Be prepared to stop the screen at the desired down position.
    • When the screen is at the desired down position press STOP button.
    • Press STOP button for 5 seconds, material goes up and down once.
    • Press the STOP and UP button at the same time for 2 seconds. Material goes up and down once again

WARNING: When lowering the screen, do not allow it to hit any objects or the floor, as it may cause the cable to become misaligned and can cause permanent damage to the screen or the cable.
Note: The screen will not roll down past the DOWN limit, even if the DOWN button is pressed when the screen is down. The screen will also not roll down past the maximum cable drop position, which is usually 185″.
Custom screens can have maximum cable drop lengths up to 195″.
Clear Down Limit

  * Long press STOP button for 5 seconds, material goes up and down once.
  * Press the STOP and Down button at the same time for 2 seconds. Material goes up and down twice.  

Notice : To re-set the down limit, first clear the previous down limt, then repeat the limit setting instructions above
Overheat Protection

  * If the screen is not functioning, allow it to cool for 15 minutes to determine if it is in overheat protection mode.
  * Ensure the screen is connected to an appropriate power supply.
  * Avoid operating the screen too frequently.
  * If the screen is rolled up and down 5 times continuously, the motor will go into overheat protection mode.  

Allow the motor to cool for 15 minutes before continuing.
For further assistance, contact an authorized dealer. DO NOT attempt to disassemble or modify the screen.
Portal information

  1. Single RS485 interface controls multiple devices connection mode

  2. Set the serial / network data debugger to a baud rate of 2400.

  3. Connect each device to the splitter.

  4. Control codes:
    UP : FF 10 11 00 DD
    DOWN : FF 10 11 00 EE
    STOP : FF 11 00 CC
    The above codes can be used for connecting with a single device. When connecting with multiple devices, they can be used to run multiple devices simultaneously.

  5. Control codes:
    UP : FF 10 11 DD
    DOWN: FF 1011 EE
    STOP : FF 10 11 ** CC

  • The above codes are used for controlling a particular device when multiple devices are connected.
  • is replaced with the ID of a particular device. For example: the UP code for device 01 would be ” FF 10 11 01 DD ” ,for device 02 would be ” FF 10 11 02 DD “and so on.

If the UP code is 00, all devices go up.
If the DOWN code is 00, all devices go down.
If the STOP code ** is 00, all devices go stop.
