PRESENTATION:
Hemospon Pattern Photo Gel available in the colors: red, green, blue and A1.
- 1 Syringe with 3 g and 3 tips.
DESCRIPTION:
Product based on monomers and fillers used in wound dressing procedures.
Ideal for clinical work because it allows a quick application of the product
in the region to be worked on. Hemospon Pattern Photo Gel has a thixotropic
consistency, enabling pattern carving without runoff and loss of material.
INDICATION:
Hemospon Pattern Photo Gel is indicated for transfer transfers over two or
more implants, and is intended for use by dental surgeons and prosthetists.
COMPOSITION:
Methacrylic monomers, silica, initiators and co-initiators.
MODE OF USE:
- Choose the color according to your preference and best indication.
- Perform asepsis of the region to be worked on, dry it properly.
- It is recommended to use protective gloves, as well as to thinly cover neighboring structures (such as teeth and other prostheses) with solid Vaseline, since the material is adhesive.
- Remove the syringe cap, fix the tip and apply the amount of material needed to perform the procedure according to the splinting technique.
- As it is a light-curing material, after applying the product, it is recommended to remove the application tip and fix the syringe cap again in order not to compromise the product’s performance and functionality.
- Model before photoactivation if necessary, because after light application the material becomes rigid, making modeling impossible.
- It is recommended that applications be made in layers up to 2 mm thick. If thicker layers are required, intermediate layers are recommended. Photo-activate the product for 30 ± 10 seconds. The dentist may photoactivate in scanning mode, provided the power of the polymerizer is greater than 1 200 mW/cm2.
- For implant transfers, it is recommended to cut the bar between the abutments and correct with Hemospon Pattern Photo Gel to minimize the risk of polymerization shrinkage. Finish the specimen where applicable. For intraoral application of the Hemospon Pattern Photo Gel resin, the material is for temporary use and can only be applied intraorally during the impression-taking process.
- We recommend the use of condensation or addition silicones for impression-taking of the abutments after splinting according to the chosen technique.
