PRESENTATION

• 1 Syringe with 2.5 mL and 2 tips.

DESCRIPTION:

• 10% acid gel is an hydrofluoric acid-based gel, with a concentration of 10%, and is the most efficient and used way to attack porcelain surfaces, allowing for a greater and better retention of resinous material of feldspathic porcelain, ceramic glass, and orthodontic braces.
• Its appropriate viscosity and the presence of dye allow for safe application, without the danger of flow and better visualization of the region to be conditioned.

INDICATION:

• Surface conditioning of dental porcelains for adhesion in restorative processes, with feldspathic porcelains and ceramized glasses.

COMPOSITION:

• 10% hydrofluoric acid, thickening agent, dye, and purified water.

MODE OF USE

For feldspathic porcelain:

• Use 10% Acid Gel for 1-2 minutes.

For manufactured ceramic glass:

• Use 10% Acid Gel for 1 minute.

For pressed/injected ceramic glass:

• Use 10% Acid Gel for 20-30 seconds.
• For all types of materials, it is necessary to use an abundant amount of water to remove the product, since contact between hydrofluoric acid and enamel can cause bone decalcification.
• In orthodontic procedures such as the installation of braces on porcelain pieces, it is necessary to remove the product with cotton or a surgical.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS

• Restricted use, for professionals who specialize in dentistry, by local legislation and with specific training for its handling;
• Rigorously follow the procedure- res provided in the method for use;
• The use of this product for the conditioning of enamel and dentin is strictly prohibited;
• Use gloves and safety glasses while handling product;
• Protect the patient by using safety glasses;
• Do not use the product after it has passed its expiration date;
• Keep out of reach of children.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS:

• Do not use it on patients with sensitivity to the parts of this product.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:

• Store in a dry place, away from heat and humidity, in the temperature range between 5 °C and 25 °C.

Humidity:

• below 75 UR.

• The product should be disposed of by active legislation in your country.
