Notes: Virtual Cluster is not supported for key bypass. For aftermarket remote starters, program WAIT TO START mode for diesel vehicles.
Mandatory Installation: Hood pin switch must be installed. If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, set function A11 to OFF.
Program Bypass Option: C1, D6, D2
Parts Required: 3x Diodes, TB-VW (key bypass) – not included
Programming Tool Required: R-LINK for key bypass programming – sold separately

Product Usage Instructions

For firmware updates and options, use the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool.
Ensure the hood pin switch is installed. If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, set function A11 to OFF.
If the vehicle is equipped with Virtual Cluster, key bypass is not supported.
For aftermarket remote starters, program WAIT TO START mode for diesel vehicles.
To program the bypass option, pull the clips to release the cover of the connector.
Connect the necessary parts: clutch switch, clutch bypass (manual transmission), brake control, parking lights switch, OBD-II connector, hood pin contact, hand brake, auxiliary 1, tachometer, foot brake, ground out while running, trunk, door, unlock, lock.
Always ensure proper connections and follow the instructions carefully to avoid permanent damage to the vehicle.

NOTES

Vehicle’s equipped with Virtual Cluster, not supported for the key bypass.
For after market remote starters, please program WAIT TO START mode (diesel mode).

HOOD STATUS: THE HOOD PIN SWITCH MUST BE INSTALLED IF THE VEHICLE CAN BE REMOTE STARTED WITH THE HOOD OPEN, SET FUNCTION A11 TO OFF.

THIS MODULE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. A WRONG CONNECTION CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.

BEFORE PROGRAMMING SET THE UNIT OPTIONS AND SAVE

Take out the battery from the remote control.
Place the transponder’s ring in front of the remote control.
With the remote beside the antenna ring, proceed with the programming on the next pages.

KEY BYPASS PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE

NOTE: IF PROGRAMMING IS INTERRUPTED DURING THE PROCESS, SUCH AS A MODULE IS DISCONNECTED OR BY TURNING OFF THE IGNITION WITH THE KEY, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL NO LONGER START NORMALLY, YOU MUST DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THE VEHICLE BATTERY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.

The module is now programmed.

REMOTE STARTER

Test the remote starter. Remote start the vehicle.
