Product Information
The product is an item with the model number 4108-66/84/172, released on December 30, 2022. It is a fixture that requires installation and comes with a set of parts including a mounting plate, ground screw, mounting screws, metal washers, lock washers, metal support plate, canopy, swivels, metal tube, thread rods, drywall anchors, wood screws, wire connectors, glass shades, metal cover, metal ring, screw shell, medium base bulbs, and rod.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation, make sure to shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker.
- Remove the old fixture and its mounting hardware.
- Unpack the new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area.
- Assemble the fixture by following these steps:
- Loosen the hex nuts using a wrench and remove the metal washers, lock washers, metal support plate, canopy, and swivels.
- Secure the metal tube onto the all thread on the fixture body.
- Thread rods onto the metal tube and pass wires through each rod during assembly. Secure swivels onto one of the rods.
- Align the canopy and metal support plate, then secure them with lock washers, metal washers, and hex nuts using a wrench.
- Position the mounting plate on the ceiling and mark the location of the drywall anchors. Pre-drill holes for the anchors and insert them into the ceiling.
- Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using the provided mounting screws and wood screws into the drywall anchors. Ensure that the side of the mounting plate marked GND faces out.
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2. If your junction box has a ground wire, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate using the provided green screw. Secure all wire connectors.
- Align the canopy onto the mounting plate and secure it with screws.
- Place the large glass shade, metal cover, small glass shade, and metal ring over the socket in that order. Secure them with the screw shell.
- Install up to three medium base bulbs or CFL/LED equivalents, not exceeding 100 watts each, according to the fixture’s specifications.
- Turn on the power at the junction box and test the fixture.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION (Fig. 1)

Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1) -
Loosen hex nuts (D) by using wrench (J) (not included), then remove metal washers (E), lock washers (L), metal support plate (I), canopy (H) and swivels (G).

Secure metal tube (M) onto all thread (U) on the fixture body.

Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F1, F2 and F3) onto all thread on metal tube (M). Carefully pass wires through each rod during assembly. Secure swivels (G) onto rods (F1).

Align canopy (H) and metal support plate (I) followed by lock washer (L) and metal washer (E) onto swivels (G) and secure with hex nuts (D) via Wrench (J) (not included).

Position mounting plate (A) on ceiling and mark location of the two drywall anchors (K). Pre-drill holes for drywall anchors (K). Then insert drywall anchors (K) into ceiling.

Attach mounting plate (A) to junction box (Not included) with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5”) and wood screws (O) into drywall anchors (K). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) -
Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using green screw provided.

Tuck wire connectors neatly inside the junction box.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) -
Align canopy (H) onto mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (C).

Place large glass shade (T), metal cover (S), small glass shade (R), metal ring (Q) over the socket (V) in that order. Then secure with screw shell (P).

Install (3) three medium base bulbs (N) up to 100 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification. — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test
the fixture.
