Product Information
This product is an item#4942, a hanging light fixture. It is designed to be installed on a junction box and provides lighting for indoor spaces. The fixture includes a mounting plate, socket assembly, glass panels, glass shield, and bottom cover.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker before starting the installation.
- If there is an existing fixture, remove it along with the mounting hardware.
- Carefully unpack the fixture and ensure that all parts are included.
- Attach the upper column (L) to the socket assembly (F) by screwing it onto the nipple (M).
- Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box using the provided mounting screws (B). Ensure that the side of the mounting plate marked GND and two convex points face outwards.
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in figure 2. Secure all wire connectors properly. If your outlet has a ground wire, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the circular strap using the green screw provided.
- Install light bulbs (not included) according to fixture specifications. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
- Thread the nipple (I) to the socket assembly (F) and tighten it with the hex nut (N).
- Place the glass panels (G) on the inner side of the metal frame (H) and secure them using clips.
- Secure the socket assembly (F) to the metal frame (H) with the short screw (E).
- Attach the glass shield (J) and bottom cover (K) over the nipple (I) on the bottom of the socket assembly (F). Then secure the glass shield (J) and bottom cover (K) on the metal frame (H) with the finial (L).
- Once the installation is complete, return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
Note: The illustration in figure 1 is for installation purposes only and may not be identical to the purchased fixture. It is important to have a qualified electrician install the fixture to ensure proper wiring and installation.

HANGING THE FIXTURE (Fig. 1)

Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker. If necessary, remove old fixture, including mounting hardware.

Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts are included as shown in the illustration.

Attach upper column (L) to socket assembly (F) by screwing onto nipple (M).

Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box with mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*L0.5”). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” and two convex points must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) -
At this point, connect the electrical wire as shown in figure 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your outlet has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixtures ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture ground wire directly to the circular strap using the green screw provided.
COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1) -
Install the light bulbs (not included) in accordance with fixture specifications. (DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!). (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)

Thread the nipple (I) to socket assembly (F) and tighten it with hex nut (N).

Place the glass panels (G) on the inner of the metal frame (H) and secure them by using clips.

Secure socket assembly (F) to metal frame (H) withshort screw (E).

Attach glass shield (J) and bottom cover (K) over the nipple (I) on the bottom of the socket assembly (F). Then secure glass shield (J) and bottom cover (K) on metal frame (H) with finial (L).
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.

IMPORTANT: FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE PROPER WIRING AND INSTALLATION.
