Manual

Presentation: 1 syringe containing 2 gin the colors A1/A2/A3/A3.5/B2.
Indication: Applic Flow is indicated for restoration of minimally invasive preparations; sealing of pits and fissures; as a lining in direct restorations; class Ill and V restorations; tunnel type preparation; repair of enamel defects; restoration of deciduous teeth; bonding of tooth fragments; repairs using composite resin; sealing of non-carious cervical lesions; flattening the walls of the preparation and porcelain veneer cementation.

Product Description: Applic Flow is a light curing composite resin, consisting of micro hybrid and aesthetic composite for the restoration of anterior and posterior teeth. Its formulation is based on modern concepts where the use of methacrylic monomers, silanes and fillers with adequate particle size distribution are combined to provide a product with physical, mechanical and optical properties satisfactory for the professional. Presents with an average particle size of 0.4 microns, total content of 60% to 72% load, favouring a low viscosity product. Polymerization with blue light in the wavelength range between 400 and 500 nm and at least 450mW / cm’.

Composition: Methacrylic monomers (BisGMA and TEGDMA), photo initiators, preservatives, pigments and inorganic salinized load.

Directions for use:
II. Direct restorations:

  1. Select color with clean and hydrated teeth;
  2. When preparing the cavity use the adhesive technique, only removing the decayed tissue.
  3. Conduct an absolute isolation.
  4. Carry out acid etching (Acid Gel – Maquira) of the enamel for 30 seconds and of the dentin for 15 seconds. Then rinse the area with water. Dry with mild air jets to prevent dehydration of the dentin.
  5. Apply the adhesive (e.g. Bond 2.1) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Place the APPLIC FLOW according to the selected color in layers of 1 to 2 mm, curing each layerfor40 seconds.
  7. Dental polishing is not required as it is a resin with high shine. If necessary, you can perform the same polishing as for light-curing resins.
  8. Check the occlusion.

II. Pit and Fissure Sealing:

  1. For sealing of pits and fissures, carry out absolute isolation and acid etching of the surface in advance. Then rinse with water and dry the site.
  2. Apply the product with the help of a disposable applicator tip avoiding the occlusal contact regions, curing for 40 seconds.
  3. Dental polishing is not required as it is a resin with high shine. If necessary, you can perform the same polishing as for light-curing resins.

Precautions: For exclusive use by the dental surgeon. Protect the pulp with a suitable base prior to acid etching. In case of allergic reactions, stop using the product. In regions very near to the pulp, we recommend adequate protection, e.g. with the use of Calcium Hydroxide to avoid irritation at this location. Products such as eugenol or clove oil inhibit polymerization. Close the syringe immediately after use. Use safety goggles when handling the curing light. Discard the tip after use. The use of cationic solutions, plaque revellers and chlorhexidine may cause discoloration of the resin. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children. In the event of accidental eye contact, wash the affected area with plenty of water and seek medical help immediately.

Transportation and Storage Conditions: Store the syringe in a dry and cool location, protected from sources of direct light. Do not store near materials that have eugenol or clove oil in their composition.
