Product Information

The product is a wall mount light fixture with the model number 5173. It is designed to provide illumination in indoor spaces. The package includes the following components:

• Hanging bracket
• Ground screw
• Mounting screw (4 pieces)
• Junction box screws (2 pieces)

Product Usage Instructions

Before proceeding with the installation, ensure that you follow these safety precautions:

1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker to prevent any electrical accidents.

Once you have taken the necessary safety measures, you can proceed with the installation using the following steps:

1. Locate the junction box where you want to mount the light fixture.
2. Attach the hanging bracket to the junction box using the provided mounting screws.
3. Ensure that the ground screw is securely fastened to the junction box for proper grounding.
4. Carefully align the light fixture with the hanging bracket and secure it in place using the mounting screws.
5. Once the fixture is securely installed, restore power to the junction box by turning on the fuse or circuit breaker.
6. Test the light fixture to ensure it is functioning correctly.

Congratulations! Your installation is now complete, and you can enjoy the illumination provided by your new wall mount light fixture.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

PREPARATION Fig.1

1. Shut off the power at the fuse box or circuit breaker. If necessary, remove the old fixture and all mounting hardware.

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Take care not to lose any parts necessary for installation.
   MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)

3. Secure the hanging bracket (A) to outlet box with the junction box screws (B) (Size: #8-32*0.6”L) The side of the hanging bracket marked “GND” must face out.
   CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2)

4. At this point, connect the electrical wires as shown in figure 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If the junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the hanging bracket with the green screw provided. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully into the junction box.
   COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION

5. Mount the mounting back plate (D) to hanging bracket (A), and then secure with mounting screws (C) (Size:#8-32*0.3”L) .

6. Place glass (F) over socket (E), then secure with socket ring (G) by wrench (H).

7. Install the light bulb(s) in accordance with the fixture’s specifications. (DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!) (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)

Return the power to the junction box and test the fixture. Your installation is now complete.
